Well, where do I start with my sale..would have made a great Netflix movie...full of drama, twists and turns with a happy ending. With 3 pull outs, a Deed of Variation and constant delays due to process, finally it's all complete.
Smith & Friends have been a constant support network as a whole, however in this movie I would like to give all the plaudits to Andrea Kane, who has been my counsellor as well as my agent. Total professional with unwavering support throughout, managing both my buyer and myself impeccably. With support from Rachel and Manj, make up a fantastic team.
I would not use any other estate agent in this area, even though the process has been an ordeal, nobody has the experience or insight in the leasehold market than Smith & Friends.
I will use these guys again, not sure if they would have me back though! Ha Ha Ha

I recently worked with Manj and his team for a house purchase. I cannot recommend this agency enough! Manj was considerate and kept me updated promptly, working on my behalf to ensure a smooth transaction. No question was too trivial for him to answer and as a first time buyer, this kind of help was invaluable - he really is a credit to the agency. I also briefly dealt with Rachel at a stressful time in the transaction, who was incredibly kind and helpful - she made the entire situation much easier to navigate. I cannot recommend the team highly enough, they are hard working and actually make you feel as if they have the best interests of the buyer in mind - which is rare to find. Thank you so much.

It took a while for the move to be completed but that was down to the solicitors. Everything worked out well in the end, we're now settled in.

Smith and friends sold our house, always professional and generally good. conveyancing was very slow and at times frustrating legally, but Andrea really pushed and tried in a very courteous professional manner. So my personal experience was slow and could have been better from a legal perspective but the other side should have been more proactive. Would recommend the agents regardless of this experience as my situation made the need for sale to be quick - there was no chain but still took 5 months so I was frustrated by the end but generally pleased with their overall services.
