Good.
Excellent service. Purchase as described and true to size given in size guide which I find a lot of companies don't seem to adhere to. Would have given 5 stars but when I went to purchase another item it wouldn't give me the option of next day delivery service which I need. Will still use again as long as I can get next day delivery option.

Purchase of Barbour bag.
I bought this bag for my son who lives in Denmark. It was excellent value and arrived in Denmark very quickly. Customer services were polite, efficient and professional. This was a very satisfactory transaction and I would definitely buy from this company again.

Very good quality but size a problem.
Good quality but Barbour have a problem with their sizing. I have two different jumpers from Barbour>One is medium and is too small the other is small and is on the large side.

The jacket I ordered was delivered within 3 days and the on-line tracking kept me up to date with delivery progress. The jacket itself was received in good condition so I would not hesitate to use this company again in the future.
