Awful. Not received my order, my tracking number doesn't work. Scammers!

Awful company, lie that the shoes have been sent.

5 weeks later they didn’t even acknowledge if they had been sent or not!

Still waiting on refund nearly 3 months later, had to go down the route of a bank claim.

Emailed asking last week if they had done the bank recharge and they asked if I could cancel it to “refund themselves”.

Responded saying I would much appreciate it if they responded to my bank and so I could get the money back and silence since!

If I could give them 0 stars I would.

Ordered some Hoka trainers, but they never arrived. I have been communicating with the company for over 3 months trying to request a refund. They have either failed to reply to my emails or sent the exact same response each time, saying, “Your refund has been processed.”

I also asked them to provide proof that the shoes they sell are authentic, but they were unable to provide any clear evidence or verification.

The items they sell appear to be fake, and the company is not UK-based. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. This company appears to be operating in an unethical and misleading manner, and based on my experience, I would strongly advise avoiding them.

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. THE COMPANY ARE THIEVING SCUM.

Tend to check out reviews before I buy. Ordered 3 pairs of Hokas. Checked delivery and nothing. From the reviews these people are obviously a bunch of psychopaths who are there to take people's money. How do they sleep at night. Answer: They are psychopaths so very well.

Ordered hoka trainers in May, never arrived, requested refund, and, guess what, still waiting. Have sent several emails which do eventually get answered but the response is always the same, we are processing your refund, if you have not received in 3-4 days please contact us !!! I got my money back via my bank, but DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH A BARGEPOLE. Wish I’d done more research, lesson learnt.

I ordered Hoka Bondi 9 trainers paid £55 they promised delivery within 3 days to be delivered on 3rd July 2026 I got an email saying they been dispatched. was given a tracking number which does not work I have emailed them several times and still no response I HAVE NOT RECEVIED MY TRAINERS and looking at previous reviews even if I'm lucky they turn up at some point looks like they are not real thing and poor quality. I'm going to take it up with my bank. I wished I had read reviews but everything on website looked good. even downloaded the app (SHOP) which looked official, it was still no help!!

Ordered Hoka trainers and their size 9 was too small. Contacted Smith pretend to be in UK Fashion and they offered a replacement. Never arrived, refund? Offered but again zilch. Over £50 order stolen. I ordered through Shop and they are next to useless protection. Disgusting thieving people shaming their country. Soon the Chinese will have the reputation of Nigerian financial services.

Absolute scam!!! Ordered Hoka trainers for my son and the shipping was delay. A label created but shipping status didn’t change for over 6 weeks. Contacted customer services any they promised a refund within 3-5 business days… on day 30 and still nothing. Absolutely scam!

This so called company is simply a cover for robbing you of your money. There are no products or refunds and they will simply keep your money whist stringing you along with well used emails saying your order is on it's way and your refund is being processed. If you still choose to use them after reading this and all the other reviews, then more fool you

Claims to be a UK company but says my HOKA have been shipped from China despite claiming they use Royal Mail. They have not arrived.

HOKA trainers are counterfeit. Avoid! This is a scam company operating in China.

DO NOT, REPEAT...DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. I HAVE EXPERIENCED EXACTLY THE SAME PROBLEMS IN PREVIOUS REVIEWS. I JUST WISH I DID MY HOMEWORK BEFORE I ORDERED. I HAVE BEEN SENT POOR COPIES OF HOKA RUNNING SHOES FOR £70. NOT A MASSIVE DISCOUNT FROM THE ORIGINAL PRICE TO BE OVERLY SUSPICIOUS OF A TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE DEAL. I ordered from Smith Fashion on 17 June based on their advertised delivery time of 9–15 days. After waiting well beyond that timeframe, my order still hasn’t arrived.

When I contacted customer service, they simply told me to keep waiting, even though the tracking shows the parcel is still in China. This was surprising because their website suggests fast delivery, yet my order hadn’t even reached the UK after more than two weeks.

I was patient and gave them every opportunity to deliver within the timeframe they advertised, but that didn’t happen. I’ve now requested a refund because I no longer have confidence that the order will arrive in a reasonable time.

If you’re ordering because you expect the delivery times stated on their website, be aware that my experience was very different.

AVOID! Complete scam, ordered Hokas which are basically made of polystyrene and as fake as they come. Unfortunately did not research before buying, the website gave the illusion of a UK company. No way of cancelling your order or contacting the company.

This is a scam company.

I ordered a pair of Hoka shoes which never arrived. I was promised that the delivery would happen but it had been delayed. Then asked for a refund and continually being told that the refund had been processed and to allow time for it to show. It's been almost a month since I was told a refund would be made and still nothing.

I've sent over 15 emails and just given a stock answer.

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY
