Scam retailer sending fakes. HOLA Clifton 9s ordered, fakes HOKA’s received. Don’t use.

This is a scam. 5 stars will get people reading this review. They are a -5 stars!
I stupidly ordered 2 pairs of Hoka trainers before reading reviews. Everything about the .co.uk website says UK. Company name Limited, says uses EVRI and Royal Mail, orders processed within 1 to 2 days. This is all BS. Company is Chinese. The scam is that the 30 day refund doesn't apply to sale items...everything is discounted. Also because they dont say it is Chinese until you try and send back you then find postage costs of £40+. They are counting on you giving up because they dont pick up the mobile number or answer emails or texts. Just contact your bank for a charge back and put these crooks out of business. Clearly Smith Fashion Limited will read this so lets see how they attempt to lie their way out of it rather than just refunding me and all the other unhappy customers.

Like many, I assumed this was UK shipped. But its not, its from China.

I tried to cancel, after they hadn't despatched for over a week - but of course, they despatched that day.

Finally arrived, but not in an original hoka box and wrapped in a way hoka don't do - i.e. bubble wrap.Marks of soles - suspect they are fake - but cant verify this.

I'll ask for a refund but wont be holding my breath.

Ridiculous!

Ordered items a week back ‘dispatched’ supposedly. Found out here items are FAKE so will be ensuring they are returned for a refund the minute they eventually turn up.

Scammers:

Claim to be a UK company with fast shipping royal mail , purchased a pair of Hoka Clifton 10s as best price could find only to find out coming from china and 7 days on still not arrived and definitely going to be fakes and could definitely of got them cheaper on hacco for fakes , SCAM SITE KEEP AWAY

Avoid this company at all costs.
Very poor quality products that do not match the photos on line.
NO customer service at all.
NO return or refund policy despite what their website states.
This is a SCAM, you will be wasting your money.

I ordered Hoka Clifton 10’s which are fake and awful quality. They look nothing like the real thing. Do not order !!!!!!!

Avoid at all costs! Ordered some Hoka Clifton shoes which I thought were a great deal. When they arrived, the sizing was completely off (and I'm always a 4), the quality seemed cheap. Only then of course I checked Trustpilot and found that loads of customers experienced the same issues. Have emailed now asking for a FREE refund as advertised, but have little hope that I will get anywhere. £65 down the drain which was supposed to be my birthday present. Thanks for nothing, scammers.

Same as everyone else has said on here bought the HOKA CLIFTON 10 running shoes thinking I was getting a good deal and with them supposedly being a UK based company getting shoes next day was perfect only to find out once id received the tracking that it's not with royal mail and they arnt based on the uk. The phone number they use is set up to just ring so you don't actually ever get to speak to a real person nor do they respond to emails within the 24 hour window that is stated on there website.

Cheap Chinese copies. Looks like a UK company which state 3 to 4 days delivery more like 4 weeks. Quality poor. Will not refund money unless you send back to china

Ordered a pair of school shoes for my son today thinking that they were great value for money after my order was processed. I noticed that this company is not actually based in the United Kingdom and operates out of China which raised my suspicions I then had a look at the reviews left on trustpilot and my heart sank luckily and I hope I’m lucky I requested to cancel the order within two hours of placing the order so I’m hoping that they will cancel the order and send me a refund. I will keep this post updated with the outcome.

What an awful experience, likely one of those companies that set up, rip people off, then close down and set up as another company. The sizes are all over the place and trying to get assistance when you need it is horrendous. Save your time and money and let this company dissolve.

One star just to leave a review. Order never arrived, no refund, customer service will only send generic messages. Absolutely pathetic. Thieves.

I made a mistake of assuming this is a British based company meeting high standards. How disappointing…!
The design is poor and fitting awful; zip got stuck after three times. The after sales service is non existent and they try every way to not refund your money.
Eventually I gave up and threw a very expensive item in the bin.

What an absolute pile of rubbish they sent me. Allegedly it was reduced from £70. Seventy pence more like it. Its poorly made, cheap nylon material and nowhere near the size I ordered. I should have done my research and seen what others said. The charity shop will have a donation today as, judging from the comments, you don't get your money back. Charlatans who should be ashamed of themselves.

**Avoid at all costs – misleading business practices**
Smith Fashion uses a UK website URL, which strongly implies a UK-based business. This is misleading. The item was shipped from China, the sizing was not UK sizing, and the quality was poor and not as described.

When I requested a return and full refund, I was told I must pay extremely high return costs to China or accept a small partial refund. The company refused to negotiate or take responsibility for their misleading advertising.

This business makes it very difficult for customers to return unsuitable items and appears to rely on people giving up due to the cost. I would strongly warn others not to use this company.

Purchased a linen jacket very recently,took ages to arrive. Quality terrible, it didn’t fit so contacted them to return it. They offered me 20% to keep the jacket. To return the jacket it would have cost more than the jacket. They are all made in China, it’s a scam!

Arrived 15 says delivery! Quality of fabric cheap and nasty. Don't buy anything from this site, bloody rip off, lesson learned. £50 down the drain!
