I’ve purchased here before and the watch rolls are not brilliant but ok. I have tried to make contact about their zip pouches as they have said they have found my colour but on the website it’s sold out. I’ve tried to make contact several times but no one replies.
Awful experience
Purchased a luxury watch stand and tray. The fitting to the tray- the screw hole is too big so required a washer to keep it in place. And even more disappointing is the fitting you screw the watch stand cushion into was not aligned correctly so the cushion is no where near flat. And looks awful compared to the images on the website. I contacted them immediately in January 2026 and have email them several times since, had an initial reply to say it would be looked into. Nothing since despite as for this to be resolved. Now April 2026 and still no contact and no resolution.
