If I could have given less than 1 star I would. I had the worst experience with my recent on-line order and my ordeal isn't over yet. Two of the five items I received were wrong and I had to take a picture of the wrong item to "prove" they made a mistake. Then I was told I would have to wait for their shipping department to send me a return UPS code. In the meantime they refused to ship the correct items.

I used them in the past and my only issue was very LONG delays in getting my shipments, but this time it was a long delay, plus incorrect items in the order, plus their refusal to just send me the correct items quickly. They had originally promised over the phone to send me the items they had in stock, but did not do so, and I had to call to remind them. In the end they still waited until they had all items in stock before sending. Not what they promised me.

I never leave reviews, preferring to resolve issues with the company itself rather than posting something negative. But this time I am compelled to do so. I will never use this company again and I suggest you think about how quickly you need the items before ordering through them.

i ordered in April 2023, they charged my card for approx. 700+ $ they never shipped, never replied, never responded on call. they respond email after 60 days saying order is cancelled (i requested on email after 30 days of not responding). however they didn't refunded my money back as of now we are going to pass june 2023..i contact my bank they confirmed money was authorized to merchant...wow...again they never respond on any contact. please beware do not put order on-line to them. i sent email every day but they response after 60 days..so please save your time and money be away from such websites.
