UPFRONT ON THERE SYSTEM OF PAYMENT
I contacted them first. Very upfront on how their system worked so I was prepared. The drill was out of warranty, not used very often so couldn't understand what was wrong. Went to main shop and a very nice young man, MATT, handled the problem. He phoned me later the same day to tell me what was wrong, if I agreed could collect the next day. Did agree as this was a Milwaukee drill and very expensive. Collected the drill today and was very happy. I would definitely use SMITHS again for tool repairs. They are a good bus ride away but very worthwhile. The shop itself was very secure so no fear of items being stolen. Have to ting a bell to get in and they also let you out. Matt is very knowledgeable and nice and a pleasure to talk to for advice etc.
