I have used this company twice. I was promised I won’t loose subscriber. I’ve started loosing subscribers every day. Last few days I’ve been emailing them but no reply. I’m very unhappy with this company and if it doesn’t fix my complain il have to contact the authorities to get this site removed. Before this happens I hope this company gets its act together and gets my job done

Wanted the 3,000 follower package, but thought I'd trial first with 1,000 as I read very mixed reviews on the service.
I have now had to contact the company 4 times as my followers drop after 24hours of having them!
I've recently started a new business and wanted the followers just to help me look established in these early days.
When I email SMM Point they do rectify but I cant keep emailing every other day to have the problems rectified.

Used this Company to purchase Instagram followers, was never activated, emailed twice in 8 weeks, not one reply.

I bought a 1k package which i got in a weeks time but then after a week I’m nearly back to my normal followers, guessing by the end of this week I’ll be back where I started .

Got a reply from one of the team members they resolved the issue now

one of the most trusted companies with social services . And they very good support and they have very good communication with the customer

Fantastic service, delivered what I wanted within 24 hours, good communication and no problems whatsoever, will be using their services again (for a higher priced package, wanted to see how they would do with the smaller package first) I highly recommended them.

I have bought followers from them and I have yet received the following or received a refund it has now been months and i still have no response. I do not recommend buying from this company I had to take this to my bank

Followers come slow but I got explanation for it and customer service replied to my emails, not all reviews can be reliable on so even though previous reviews on this website I still gave it a shot and see how it goes for me.

I bought 1000 fans and it costs like 49.99GBP. it's been filled up now

I have paid for 10,000followers and so far only have received 4000, I have sent them several emails and no response.

So it looks to be a scam

You do not get the amount of likes you pay for. They don't respond to emails. Shocking service, avoid!

I had a couple of issues at first but all has been fixed now

If possible no star the first order I got it after few days and all the followers with no picture and new account same month that I made the order. I was stupid and placed another order the following day with the hope of getting more order and for them to rectify their first error to my surprise before the end of that day all the followers which is over 100 unfollowed me and my second order I did not get it. I will open dispute soon with PayPal to reclaim my money back this is total SCAM do not fall for this
