When signing up for a free trial, there is no specification on the duration of this trial, it is extremely misleading since it says 0/month then billed anually, so you would assume its a month of free trial, turns out its 24hours, i tried cancelling it a few hours after using it just because i didnt want to use it anymore, but it didnt let met, it said unexpected error, i tried callling but it was outside of office hours (im from a different country) , i said ill just do it tomorrow, turns out i woke up the next day with a 120 dollar charge in my account, im a broke college student and i cant afford this, i tried contacting them through email, and they said they cant process a refund, i havent used the service past the first hour after signing up, and its been like 2 days.
