When does the shop actually open?
Never ever open on time. Why advertise as open at 9.30 when it never does? Just change the opening to "whenever I feel like it". 4 times in 2 months I've been there at 9.40am and it's not open.

Not reliable don't bother
There is one young man that works in there and he is very reliable and very well mannered he has glasses, apart from that this is one of the worst vape shops I've been to constantly been told that the juice will be ordered and when I get there it's never there. Very frustrating. I feel like the manager doesn't care nor does the staff apart from that young man with glasses. I would never give out about a vape shop but it's actually a joke. I travel 25 minutes for vape juice only to get there nearly every single time and be told the juice isn't there. I don't know what dates it is exactly that's why there's a random date for this.

Hi, if you were actually our customer you’d know we take deposits for special orders to guarantee stock. If a product is discontinued, there’s nothing we can do — that’s outside our control. And instead of driving 25km each time, the simple solution is just to call the shop first to check if it’s in.
