I was initially given the wrong order (due to an honest miscommunication) and I was stressing out but man, the person who was helping me out via FB chat was a star. Calmly explained the situation and provided an immediate resolution. Will DEFINITELY order again.

Visited on my last trip to the Philippines. Good selection of Snus, nicotine pouches and vape. Even American dip (not my thing).

I've got 3 things to elaborate in this review so bear with me.

1. Punctual and precise
I ordered last October 12 at nearly midnight and due to sleepiness mistyped my own name in the order, sent them a message to assist me to correct this and true to their words, they replied within 5 minutes after their opening time of 10:00AM and changed the misspelled name for me. They offered to charge the unit so when I receive it, it is good to go and then shipped my order within the day (October 13) and provided me the tracking number.

2. Helpful and kind
My ordered arrived today, October 14. I immediately unboxed it and took pictures to send to them. Then later tried the unit but encountered a defect where the unit turns off halfway the cycle (which I think has already been a problem with some MOK units). I messaged them regarding this and they suggested numerous tips to make it work but ended up the same.

3. Cheap variety of products
Yeah, you read it right, their products are cheap (or on sale) which you won't see in any other specialty shops. And besides the cheap factor, all the items they sell are quality made products that will help smokers quit or taper off nicotine consumption.
(Bought my MOK 2.0 from them for only 300 pesos)

As of writing, they informed me that they are communicating my concern to their MOK representative to assist and facilitate replacement for my unit. I am totally speechless for their customer-oriented services that they go above and waaaaay beyond their duties to help a single customer. At this point, I could just cut my losses (a measly 500 peso expense) and forget this whole shenanigan. But they refuse to give up on providing me the best experience from their company.
