Amazing I can't rave enough about how great this company is

I paid for my order 2am Monday morning. it is now afternoon on Tuesday and my order is still processing, even though I got an email right after I sent my payment that they had deposited my money.
really, I expected more as a vip.

I ordered 10 days ago. They gladly took my $$$ But I still haven’t received my order. They printed a shipping label so I would receive my shipping notification, but that’s as far as it went. My package has yet to arrive at UPS. Common curtesy and good customer service would be to state correct processing/shipping times on the website order page or frankly anywhere on the website. Don’t order from them unless you want to wait forever or enjoy giving your $$ away.

I ordered over 2 days ago and they can't ship my smokes. They sure accepted my etranfer quickly but not to send my items I ordered. I keep message them and keep telling me they can't provide tracking info.
I spent 306 dollars and seem to be getting ripped off. I used this site lots to before.

Absolutely amazing service and product quality and prices. The customer service is always awesome when I message through chat. And it’s not because I have issues it’s just because I have general questions about something. I will continue to use this company as long as I can.

So, I've broken this down into good stuff and not-so-good stuff:

The Good Stuff:**
* First off, the price is awesome! Super cheap!
* Definitely not a scam!
* Got exactly what I ordered
* The bonus pack of smokes totally makes up for any slip-ups
* The flavor is spot on—just what you'd expect
* Packages are super easy to open
* No gross pictures on the packs, thank goodness

The Not-So-Good Stuff:
* Shipping takes ages (it took me 11 days)
* Payment options could be way easier, like no T/T
* Some of the smokes are kinda half full, but hey, the free pack helps
* Customer service could use a little work—those generic replies aren’t cutting it

Other than that, I will recommend purchasing your tobacco products from Smokes Canada.

Had great service with SC and their staff. Ordered some cigars from then. Prices are not to be beat. Keep up the great work.
