Due to a bug in the website, the order was shipped to an “invalid” address. The customer service was only trying to find an excuse to escape the responsibility in a very unprofessional and inappropriate way. Koen from their customer service said I might be trying to scam them, for 70 Euros. Which does not make sense. Never ordering from here again, there are plenty of much better stores online.
The device I bought stopped working after an hour. I contacted them and had it replaced within a day. Excellent customer service!
