Honestly the inbox feature is extremely…

Honestly the inbox feature is extremely frustrating.. we end up not using it. It shows you the recent most message with no history of communication. You have to go to the booking itself, and click like 10 times and wait (as the system is so slow) to be able to see the history of messages. My staff end up never using it, and they just communicate via the OTA the guest booked through as the messages shows the history quicker. I have been with smoobu with over a year, and I'm seriously considering changing because of this issue. I have another 5 listings which I want to add but I feel it will be an absolute problem trying to run that many properties with the current inbox system. The price is good, that's the only reason I have stayed so far but I'm thinking of leaving.
Other cons is also integration/ prices for the listings across multiple platforms is always glitch. If you block dates on smoobu, it doesn't always block dates on the OTA I have raised this issue a few times and they have asked me to connect and reconnect listings but this is extremely frustrating and annoying to deal with. If they can fix their messaging/inbox so everything is under 1 place, quick access to the full message log and the ability to respond, I would stay otherwise I will be looking for a different channel manager.

P.S
I have tried Guesty (too pricy), uplisting (integration with expedia is non-existant and still expensive for multiple listings) and a few other channel managers.

Quick and easy onboarding

The onboarding process was very smooth - I received support from the first moment on, whenever I needed it.
I had a dedicated support agent who was very responsive and helped me quickly with all my questions.

Smoobu made managing my vacation…

Smoobu made managing my vacation rentals so easy. Setting up listings and syncing calendars was quick and hassle free. It honestly didn’t take long at all. My boyfriend got to just relax (for once) while I got everything sorted. The dashboard is super straightforward, and I loved having all the guest messages, bookings, and stats in one place. It’s such a time saver and keeps things running smoothly without any stress.
