Great customer service w/ Genrev
Genrev helped tremendously with order number 792257. The color changing foundation unfortunately didn’t work out for me. As far as the product itself, I’d give it about 2.5 stars but the customer service and support I received is A+!

My Experience Was Resolved with Care and Integrity
I Initially placed an order but realized the next day that I had purchase the wrong product. I immediately contact the company and requested that my order be canceled before shipped. Although there was some delay in communication Genrev personally stepped in took the time to review my situation and handled my concerns with professionalism and care.
Thanks to Genrev's assistance, the matter was resolved quickly, and I was issued a full refund. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service willingness to make things right, and commitment to customer satisfaction. Thank you Genrev, for personally ensuring this issue was resolved.
