Poor Customer Service

In February 2026 I returned an order to SmoothSpine . The email I received from customer service that said my account would be credited in 1 to 3 business days. I am still waiting. I have tried emailing and calling them but they don't answer. I would like my money back. I would advise others to rethink purchasing from them.

I attempted to order smooth spine from…

I attempted to order smooth spine from their website, and after trying to order the 1st item, I got stuck down this rabbit hole of upsells with them telling me not to back out or my card would be double billed. They start off telling you to buy the original item, then by the end of the 1st video, they tell that they have a new & improved item for an additional $127, but it turns out to be more than $127, it's something closer to $132, then after that video, there's another item for $49, but don't back out or you will be double billed, then there are supplements, but don't back out or you will be double billed. The entire thing was a nightmare, and it looks like an item that was supposed to cost $119 could easily cost close to $350.00, and from the reviews, it looks like you don't get all of your money back, or doing so is quite a hassle if you get all of your $$ back. Tomorrow, I will be calling their support line to cancel this order. The way they trap you into their sales is disrespectful and manipulative. They are like used car salesmen. Stop doing that! Don't start off selling one thing and then force people into buying a "so-called upgrade" without giving customers the option to buy that product in the 1st place or risk being double billed. That sets up distrust from the very beginning. It is very bad marketing and engenders distrust in your company and your product.

Great! Relieves back pain and neuropathy as advertised

I was a total skeptic. This triple action high quality lower back massage/heat/disc relief device is wonderful. Read the directions: quite small so get your best reading glasses out....LoL. But wow! Impressive device relieved my back pain and some neuropathy the first time I tried it! Seems to be high quality and does what it claims. I'm not easy pushover customer as you can see from my other Trust Pilot reviews.
