It’s the perfect blender to use on the go, you can blend anywhere and everywhere and anything. It’s convenient to clean and quieter compared to those big bulky noisy blenders and even magic bullets. I also blended while my baby was asleep and he’s a light sleeper just like me and surprisingly still sound asleep!

I discovered the safety feature, which I find great so you can’t use it as a running blade weapon 🤣🤣..the blender won’t turn on unless the glass is attached.

Very easy and convenient to clean, just add water and soap and blend! No scrubbing required. Perfect for quick clean-ups!

Actually shocking and a health hazard. Continuously stops after about 15 seconds. Doesn't blend things properly. Kept trying to restart it and eventually it wouldn't stop and smoke started coming out of it! Would NEVER recommend.

Such a powerful machine! Better than my normal blender and perfect for work! Am definitely recommending to all my friends ❤️

My Smoovii took 55 days to arrive. I loved it!!! I am just a little bit afraid that I will break the bottle very fast, because it's in glass. We use it to prepare the food for my little brother. It's comfortable and amazing!!!

Despite some of the bad reviews on here, I can’t fault them. When I placed the order some time went buy without receiving it. I got in touch with them and decided to leave it a bit longer due to delivery delays due to COVID-19.

I waited some more time and still hadn’t received it so I got back in touch and they said they would look into the matter for me. Although it had dispatched they were unable to get a further shipping update for me. So they said to me they could either refund me the full amount or they could resend another one. I asked for them resend another one which came in good time. The service I received from them was great.

I love the product it’s just what I was looking for. I no longer have lumpy protein shakes.

From my experience I would definitely recommend them.

Excellent customer service. I had been worried after reading the reviews that I wouldnt hear back when after writing to source a new glass cup for my Smoovii when mine broke.
They got back to me in a timely fashion (within 2-3days) and solved my problem! As soon as they established contact they were very efficient with their responses and were happy to help get me back on track blending on-the-go.
As far as the blender goes... It's awesome. I take it everywhere with me and it's saved me and my others from hanger and hypoglycemia.
It easily fits two small bananas milk and oats and a tablespoon of peanut butter, which in my experience is a great filling snack for a hungry person or a delicious drink for two. I manage to easily keep it clean on the go by filling the cup with clean water and blending the bannana/frozen berry residue away.
I hold my thumb over the usb charging slot when I clean the threaded gasket bit so as to avoid water entry into the mechanical/electronic hub (that would be the only place it could improve - a more watertight usb cover).
Overall... I can't recommend the Smoovii portable blender highly enough - it has blended everything I have ever thrown in it...dates, prunes, fruits, frozen berries...and is the perfect size.

Would of given 0 stars if possible.

THIS WEBSHOP IS A SCAM!

I ordered my Smoovii on the 21th of March 2020. Now it is 16 May 2020 and it still isn't delivered.

When I emailed them, they only sent me a track & trace code of the product. The track & trace code says "Parcel has arrived at destination country" for 1,5 months already. After that, they told me they couldn't contact the customs.

What probably happened is that the customs didn't accept the package, because packages from China will always be a risk to be accepted in your country. That's why I like to order at a "real" webshop. Which I thought this was.

Unfortunately, Smoovii doesn't take any further action and my 2 month+ wait will be for nothing, as well as my spent money on the product and delivery.

it’s a scam i placed an order well over a month ago - they told me it’s late because the item had sold out so it would be shipped at the beginning of may. As it hasn’t arrived i haven’t sent about 3 emails in the past two weeks asking for a refund NONE of which have been responded to. would give 0 stars if it was possible.

At the first use the device it wasn't working, so I asked for help. They asked me to send them a video to identify the problem - which I did - but never get back to me (almost a month it has past).
Unfortunately I can't review the device itself as I never get the chance to try it, but I can tell the product doesn't have good customer support, so if you need help you won't receive any.
If I knew that I would have bought a cheaper blender from a more trusted source.

Could someone please repy to my emails regarding my order not arriving?

upon receiving my smoovii, I found it was not able to handle a full beaker of fruit.

I got in touch, and wait almost a week for a response, requesting a video of the failure.

before I was able to take this video, I managed to smash the glass beaker (which is very fragile I might add).

I got back in touch to arrange the purchase of two extra beakers, waited another week for a response, only to find that they didnt sell just the glass, but that the sales rep would find out about this for me.

I waited about another week before getting back in touch, and this was "escalated" a number of times.

after much to'ing and fro'ing I was given a 10% refund and promised a replacement blender. the sales rep said I should receive confirmation in "a couple of days"

it's now been more than a week since I've heard anything, and have sent multiple emails requesting an update.

do not waste your time with this mediocre low quality blender. the customer service is abysmal, and I'm not very hopeful about receiving my promised replacement at all.

avoid at all costs

Never experienced this bad customer service ever! First of all the order was very late which they did apologize for so I decided to wait. When I finally received the order it was packaged very badly and the charger was not in the package, probably due to the bad packaging it had fallen out. I obviously need the charger to be able to use the product. I contacted them and a week later had received no answer, I have now contacted them 4 times and received NO answer at all. Unacceptable, I feel scammed!

So there was a deal on to get this slightly cheaper. This i took in December, its now February and they are still waiting to send it, saying they will send an email next week when they have dispatched it, and it could take upto 12 day extra too arrive..
I might guve a better review if i ever actually recieve it..

Really good! I love it! And a great service to. I've had some issues at the beginning but the costumer support helped me and it really is a 10/10.

This is a nice and simple smoothie device that you can take anywhere with you.
