Very impressed with the service provided by S Morris Heating Ltd. Having sought a number of quotes for the replacement of my 20 year old combi boiler I was more than a little overwhelmed by the amount of confusing information I received. Simon explained everything I needed to know patiently and in understandable detail. I knew exactly what I was getting, how it would be installed and the length of time it would take to complete. The engineer who fitted my new boiler did so cleanly and with the minimum of fuse. Thank you S Morris Heating Ltd for your excellent and valued service - all I have to do now is get to grips with the App that controls the system!

They were the best of 4 quotes. Simon explained everything very clearly and I found him easy to deal with. Communication is very good, Katy is really helpful. It was nice that Simon, the boss, came round day one to check. Will the fitter did a great job. Very clean and tidy. He explained everything to me in simple terms. They responded immediately to a small issue after the job was signed off. I have already recommended them to a friend. Many thanks for a great job.

The guy came early but I'd got up early too,he was friendly and efficient and the new boiler was in by mid afternoon,he showed me how out all worked and even took time to find my wife's lost wedding ring in basin trap

It was really good to have a personal conversation with the owner of the company. I felt at ease with no deadline or hard sell. Once I had made my decision to go ahead it was booked and the engineer arrived in good time. He worked very hard and also advised that I had a gas leak which I knew nothing about which meant that possibly my gas bill had been higher than expected.
Overall the way S Morris goes about a boiler installation was easy and no mess to clear up afterwards. My old boiler was picked up the next day and everything had been explained to me about the way to change temp and length of time to run the heating and water.
So to say it was painless is an understatement and even the cost he managed to keep to a doable figure for me. Thank you Simon and Will.

We have used Simon for our gas certificate for a number of years and found his service to be reliable and excellent. When the boiler recently failed at our rental property Simon came to the rescue providing fast, efficient and friendly service.

Absolute lifesaver! Radiators had a leak overnight which left the house frozen and without hot water. We called Simon on Sunday morning and within 30 minutes he was at our house. The radiators were fixed and heating back on within the hour! With a new baby, this was more than we could have ever asked for! Thank you for Simon :)

Simon and his team have been fantastic. From the start of the old boiler replacement to commissioning a new combi boiler, has been seamless.
Credit to Will the engineer who worked non-stop, to get the job done .

Had a condemned, old style gas boiler replaced with a new combi boiler. Simon took the time to survey exactly what was required to produce his quote, which I was very happy with. His engineer, Will, took only a day and a half to make the change, and ensured everything was clean and tidy at the finish. I can thoroughly recommend Simon's company.

Super efficient. Replaced a broken down unrepairable boiler in one of our rental properties within 3 days. Took my call on a Sunday. Visited Monday. Installed first thing Wednesday. Happy tenant. Happy landlord. Will be using Simon again. Bye bye British Gas (who I have used for 15 years) who could only move at tortoise pace and had serviced and certified the old boiler as safe less than a month ago.

I recently had a replacement boiler fitted. William the Engineer couldn't have been more helpful going out of his way to complete everything to my satisfaction. Mr Morris was also incredibly helpful, helping an old man! with the installation process. I would heartily recommend this company.

I recently had a new boiler fitted by S Morris Heating, and I couldn't be happier with the service. The young man who carried out the installation, Will, was absolutely amazing-professional, polite, and really knew what he was doing. He worked efficiently, explained everything clearly, and left everything tidy. I'd highly recommend both the company and Will for anyone needing heating work done!

The first positive for us was that Simon very kindly gave up his Sunday morning to visit us for quote to fit in with our work commitments .
He took time to explain everything thoroughly in a friendly and professional manner.
We had been without hot water for a few days feeling very let down by the company that we generally used .
Simon made an effort to juggle things around so that we were able to have a new boiler installed the next day!! Amazing Service !!
William arrived as promised early the next morning , again to fit in around our work .
He did such a brilliant job , even organising the existing pipework that was there to look tidier.

Simon and Jamie have done a super job replacing my very old conventional boiler with a new and much more efficient A-rated combi boiler.
Simon took the trouble to carefully explain the whole process and to plan and agree the positioning of the new boiler (in the kitchen).
The complete installation was done in a day including removal of the old water tanks from the loft and immersion heater from the airing cupboard.
He offered a competitive, value for money price for the job.
I'm very pleased with the new boiler.
