Fast support but advertise unavailable countries
Advertises services available for Japan. Following signup nothing appears for Japan.
On contacting support, which was ultra fast and clear in their response (garnering 2 stars over just 1), they reported Japan was not available.
Unsure of the business model and how this method converts to anything but bad reviews. It's certainly never going to acquire a paying customer.

I bought a number to get some SMS and it worked like a charm. The monthly price is really cheap: about 10/12 USD. I have had an issue with the number that I bought, related to WhatsApp not to the number in itself. After contacting the support team, in less than five minutes they released a new number for me at no cost, without any problem and without posing any question. I have not entered my phone number and I see a sms pump up and you charge me for it please do something
I have not entered my phone number smscode give me for WhatsApp to get the confirmation code but I received 1 confirmation code from WhatsApp and was charged for it.
I contacted support but no one answered me to solve the problem. And this is not the first time.
