An absolute scam.

An absolute scam.
I got their app, i have created an account, paid for parking.
The next day i received a surcharge from Amsterdam Gemeente that they did not register my parking.
This company is an absolute joke, their app is terrible, their website is amateurish - i mean what can you expect from a company that says "Last 3 inovices" on their website.

App have errors, parking time don't stop

This Company servies have errors in de app so watch out ! The parking end time if you set it Will not always stopt so than thay wil charge you order and after 24 hour that send you reminder and baam you pay 45 euro for 2 days parking. The services as well is not responsible for things you can professor as that have just there own actie registers. The communication is not customer friendly as well. I will recommend to choice a different parking service!

Scammers

Scammers,

downloaded app sms parking not filled in all details and left it that way because of my job.
today I saw €5 deducted from my account without details and no app used anywhere.
App immediately suspect.

Too bad you did not just reach out to our customer support; we would have helped you right away.

If you indeed did not use our service we will reimburse you the registration fee immediately.

Just for the record: we cannot deduct any payment unless you press the I agree button for registration, after which you directly receive a confirmation by email with all our credentials. As a last point; with Dutch Direct Debit rules you have 56 days to cancel the deduction on your end.

Scam -As everyone else has stated

As everyone else has stated, this is a scam. I downloaded to pay for 10 minutes of parking, and then deleted the app after. Months later, I am still receiving bills and requests. You enter a subscription as soon as you download the app - of course this appears not to be stated by the app, as even the dutch speakers seem to not have been aware of this. this is not in accordance with EU law either, as they try to enforce a credit agreement even thought the company has no ability to offer any sort of credit, or enforce any agreement. I have recalled some payments from the company, and if the continue to send me communications about the "debt" I take action for harassment as they have no legal basis to call any subscription a debt.
