I contacted the 24/7 live support before ordering my account, since they claimed it was hand-leveled i decided to confirm this with the support.

I was guaranteed that the account was hand-leveled and proceeded to buy one.

Once i bought the account i reviewed the match history, all bot games the account had the exact same build, terrible kda and looked very much botted (40+ min co op games). I contacted the support with my concerns and was once again guaranteed that it was hand leveled and they told me they use "kids who play for fun". At this point i knew they were a fraud and yes as expected within 3 days my account was banned for using a bot/3rd party software to level the account.

Do not buy anything from this site, they straight up scam you and repeatedly lie to your face without any shame or dignity.

Orders can take up to 12 days, Support will call you "F**king stupid" for showing transaction receipts and taking forever to process despite their tagline being "instant delivery" with "3 seconds delivery" right below it.

It also lacks severely in the English department, coming up with hard to decypher sentences that are supposed to "help" you. Account details are incredibly easy to figure out yourself after buying just 1 account since all of their accounts have similar login/password details

If you don't mind waiting forever, with horrible customer support and ridiculous prices for what you get, then this is the site for you. Avoid at all costs.

EDIT: As you can see from the post below, the maturity of the customer support continues. They were handed transaction receipts and claim no sale was made, there is an order on their site that is "on-hold" on their end that they still claim isn't there (No transaction) and show their professional attitude in replies to critique with more harrasment. It's a real embarrasment to the site and even worse, to their legitimacy. In the situation they are able to take down their reply below, here is a screenshot of it.

i bought an account unranked , as i already did several times before.
i felt really surprised, when the account get blocked cause riot detected it has been leveled with a bot .
cout was suspended before i ended my placement game .
i even spent some money to buy some skins..
this is something i can understand, so i dont blame them for it.
i asked to the customer service to do something, and to provide me a new account quickly.
live chat ( which is supposed ton be available at any times as they say in their website) was off most of the time, or maybe they ignored me.

after long hours, they answered they gonna provide me a new account in the next few hours. but they never did.
i tried to reach their customer service by email and chat, and once again they did not reply...
i feel like i have been robbed, and today ,i am still waiting for my account to be replaced or refunded..
