SCAM Company …

Ordered in august saw it on FB but went to the website to order and it’s still not arrived and my order tracking which initially showed ordered / on way etc (DHL) is no
Longer working. E mailed 3 times with only 1 auto response saying someone would be in touch …..never happened…one word SCAM ….do not Order from this company

Does this company even exist?

I ordered a duopack on 29 August which according to the order tracking has been 'on its way' since 1 September. I have emailed them 3 times and communicated with the chatbot. Only got the standard email response promising a reply from their 'dedicated customer support agent' within 24 hours. The Chatbot also promised a response within 24 hours and a refund if the shipment could not be found. That was on 7 October and I'm still waiting. This was a Facebook Ad I; was expecting more.

SCAM

SCAM! Do not purchase from this company. Multiple emails sent about order not being delivered. None answered. Emails sent for refund, none answered. Definitely a scam

Ordered on 12/09/25 and still haven’t…

Ordered on 12/09/25 and still haven’t received the blender. Messaged many times and also used chat on website. Still no product.
They are blaming the delivery company DHL who should really be questioning why they are being blamed as not good for their customer service.
Do not order from this company.

Total scam to get your money!

Like everyone else… ordered 2 blenders, was told they were dispatched but nothing arrived. Have tried to email them since July. They took the money alright. Is there anyway these can be shut down or reported. They have made lots of money on this!

I do not recommend this company

Don’t bother with this company, they are definitely a con.
Like other customers I ordered two products the beginning of October and to date no sign of them. I contacted customer service several time via email but no one bothered to get back to me

I ordered 3 juicers on the 12th of…

I ordered 3 juicers on the 12th of September costing £32.80 and am still waiting for delivery. I have emailed 3 times regarding my order and have not received an explanation or a refund am very disappointed with this firm.

Never shipped the products

Purchase the product on Sep 7, they charged me for 44.99 the same day and never shipped any product.
I keep sending emails but nobody answer them.
DO NOT BUY any products.
