Don't trust Snackblend

This is outright fraud. The items were never delivered, yet you falsely claim otherwise. My queries through the website have been completely ignored, and the only responses I get are meaningless, automated replies. Immediate action is required

Well I wish I came here first, but you live and learn. Ordered 23rd August,sent multiple emails and got the auto reply that someone will contact me in the next 24 hours. Nothing, Nada, Nowt, Zilch!!

Scam company

Scam company. Don’t buy from here. After 6 weeks of communications with their AI bot, and countless promises to refund me or send me a new one, I reported them to my bank and within 3 days received a full refund. Absolutely shocking that they can trade and take money via shopify, without shopify intervening or investigating them, despite hundreds of complaints.

I truly don’t know how Snackblend can…

I truly don’t know how Snackblend can get away with their treatment of not meeting the obligations of paid customers. Paid for my product it’s going on over a month no delivery. Communication is just the same robotic reply of when it will be delivered which has gone well over the due date. Shame on this business

I ordered my snack blend September 21st…

I ordered my snack blend September 21st it has been over a week. It’s supposed to be here by Monday October 5th. When I asked them for the DHL tracking number they won’t give it to me. I check on their website for my order and it says DHL preparing the item for delivery every time. Their system never updates their order. I have reported it to Facebook as a SCAM and fraud. They have taken people’s money. I have ordered a snack blender from another company.

Absolutely disgusted with this Company, I want a Refund as I have not heard nothing, even though I have emailed few times, them saying they get back in 24hrs. Same message everytime

I ordered 1 Snackblend on 3rd September. Not Recieved my item, saying it has been delivered which it has not. I’ve emailed bout 4 times now, Everytime I get same message from a Robot saying they will be in touch within 24 hrs. STILL Nothing 😡

Sadly I ordered 3 paid for 3 have never received any of them. When emailing you only get to communicate with a robot saying they will look into it. Not heard or had anything back from this company despite emailing several times. Wished I read the reviews first . I do not usually ever leave a negative review BUT please avoid total scam

Ordered blender on 26 August 2025. Never arrived. Chased three times and received two replies, both said their customer support agent would be in touch within 24 hours, but no one contacted me.
Reported to FB.
DO NOT SEND ANY MONEY TO THEM.
