I wonder if this is a scam website reading the reviews below. Exactly same experience - ordered and paid for my snacks in good time for Christmas. Nothing arrived. No Royal Mail updates beyond package collected. Emailed twice and telephoned repeatedly, no response at all. So money gone with nothing to show. DO NOT USE -
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
I ordered on 14th december in plenty time for xmas. Delivery was due between 19th-23rd December. No order arrived. I emailed and called no response. We are now a few days into January and I still don't have my order.... and still no response to my calls, or emails. I have also left voicemails. Please avoid this company.
I am not sure how that website scores a 3.2 with 100% negative reviews.
Package sent late and arrived damaged. I called the number on the website and it seems to be a one man business. He does customer service and shipping.
When I complained about the delay he answered “i m not Royal Mail “
I bought the goods on Monday (bank holiday) but he shipped the goods on Wednesday. Even with the option 48h delivery it would never has been delivered on Friday. The package arrived damaged eventually on Monday a week after.
I needed the snacks on Friday for an event I was organising on Saturday. I ended up buying them at Poundland. I gave up on asking a refund.
The website is misleading. Not professional at all.
I placed an order (#1948) in the morning of Tuesday.
A few working days later... On Friday evening I checked it's arrival date as I thought it might arrive at the weekend maybe, but I see it's still not even been dispatched!
So I chatted to their online "bot" which confirmed this, and I typed in "So not even left, wow that's slow, won't be in a rush to order anything else then. "
They replied "Ok".
Now they've simply cancelled my order without checking or asking me?
"Order #1948 was canceled at your request and your payment has not yet been refunded. "
WRONG, I didn't request that. Not a good customer service. If I don't see a refund in 5 working days will be sure to chase my credit card company.
Summary: Don't order from this company unless you're happy to wait a week. Products look great, but didn't get a chance via this first order before I placed further orders.
I would not have minded if the courier took 2-3 days, but stock not being sent after 4 days (6 inc weekend) is not good.
