Do NOT use this company, they appear to be scammers. All communication is done via whats app. £100 deposit is taken upfront with no receipt or acknowledgement of payment. We had our first appointment cancelled by them on the morning of, and on the rescheduled date it was a no show until I chased the company for an update. The surveyor turned up 2 hours late, spent 5 minutes at the property, took a few photos and left. Two weeks on we are still waiting for the report with extremely poor communication from what appears to be people working for the main boss. Everything yells scam to me at this point - avoid at all costs!

Scammers beware. i filled the form out online to a few companies, had a whatsapp message and went through all the details for a home snagging quote. they requested bank transfer of £100 as a deposit so i asked for an invoice. no company details or address. the bank details come up as payrnet ltd. when i confronted him i will not send any money he became aggressive and racist by calling me a P*ki because i am of asian decent. the website is also new so all a big scam. beware!
