Very disappointed in what I received. Sirloin was basically a marble + gristle piece of something. Filet was just a fatty piece of very tough meat. PLUS, when SRF sent me a HOW DID WE DO survey, the... See more

We were tired of pork chops from the grocery stores that were tough, dry and tasteless no matter how we prepared them - brined, not brined, baked, grilled. So I decided to order from Snake River Farm... See more

Had steaks arrive thawed and when I called, they immediately refunded the full amount with no issue. Have always had quality food from them.
The sockeye salmon they are selling is…
The sockeye salmon they are selling is the exact same as the large bags sold at Whole Foods. Packaging is exactly the same except snake river farms is passing it off as premium seafood and it is not.

I've never had any problems getting my shipment on time. The quality is always consistent. This is the only place I'd get my filet mignon as my child is a bit picky.
Rancid steaks
Ordered the Gift of Gold box. So far, I have thawed and opened 4 of the 6 steaks, followed thawing and cooking instructions to a T. Once opened, 3 of them had brown, rancid areas on them. 2 of them made my boyfriend and I sick - he cooked them medium rare because well, that's how we like to eat our steaks (he saw the brown and thought "well, she did pay an arm and a leg for these and they're supposed to be the HIGHEST quality, so I'm sure they're fine - they were NOT fine). The 3rd and 4th pieces we cooked the f*** out of so we didn't get sick. Well done filet mignons are pretty far from complete satisfaction, even if it didn't make us sick. If the ribeyes look anything like the other pieces of meat, I will not eat them or cook them (even though customer service is encouraging just that) - getting food poisoning from bad meat once is enough for me, especially when I'm paying $250 for that privilege. It's frustrating and telling that SRN refuses to stand by its commitments to complete satisfaction. SRF gets an A+++ for slick and deceptive marketing practices, but an F for execution and, so far, an F for customer service and customer satisfaction. I've been refunded a whopping $41 for my inconvenience, which doesn't even come close to the unpleasantness and frustration this situation has caused.
Bad Shipping, Differing Quality
Ordered before Christmas as a Christmas present to my son. All through the order process it "guaranteed" delivery on Friday before so I could make then 7 hour drive to my son's house. This is my second order with SRF. The first order should have been the indication as they did not arrive on time either, but this one mattered. Because of these late delivery I had less time to spend with my son if I wanted to bring the steaks. One of the steaks received was obviously fresh, the other was obviously from a different cow and at least 3-4 days older (graying already). Steaks were delicious, fresher one was more tender and cooked differently. So steaks were good for American Wagyu, nowhere near Japanese A5 but definitely better than what you get in stores. One steak was aged differently than the other which caused them to cook different. Maybe the next customer they can deliver on time to, they won't get an opportunity for me again.
Worst Pork Ever
We just cooked their pork and it was the worst we've ever had - about on par with WalMart. Full of gristle, tough, and tasteless. They should be ashamed to sell it at any price, but their inflated prices it's a crime.
Do not fall for their scam!

Snake River Farms will not replace steaks that come in warm
SRF We received unusable steaks because they came in warm. Apparently when I ordered from their website they dropped the number off my address. Because I've ordered from them many times and have an account saved I didn't think to double check the address so it sat at Fed Ex for three days. I'm blamed for ordering with an incomplete address. What company lets you order anything with an incomplete address. I've never had this happen in 1,000's of online orders I've placed
