Would rate 10 stars if possible for the Norwest Store! Ordered A5 wedding invitation cards through them after having a poor experience online with Optimalprint.com.au. I spoke with Tom over the phone and visited the store. He showed me examples of 350gsm cards from their catalogue to give me an idea of the finished product and made recommendations based on my existing artwork.
I showed him cards I had already printed online at 350gsm and they could not believe how bad the quality was and he said the online cards were more like 250gsm.
I received the new cards within 1 week. The cost was reasonable for matt cards with celloglazed/silky finish + cards were pre-folded and I received extra cards in the box (more than what i paid for. Will be back to print from here again.
