I tried a few video downloaders, but they were basically rubbish. Snapdownloader is solid and performs well. Yes, I've had a problem, but it was sorted out in good time.
Would I recommend it? Yes.

SnapDownloader support responded to my support issue with a fix within 24 hours. That is great support! I love the app and it replaces a couple of others that nearly as good.

The software provides many options for recording quality. I principally use it for youtube, and it does a great job. I have used it for years and there have been a couple of glitches but customer service is reasonably prompt, and solutions always work. I can't really say that about a few other software products from other sources.

Any time I have had an issue customer service has been extremely helpful. I try to recommend SnapDownloader to others when they ask.

Great for downloading YouTube videos. I’ve been using it for years and found it worthwhile to buy the lifetime license. The support was also very responsive when I needed it.

The product is great and support remarkable. Today is Sunday and Alex from Snapdownloader just fixed my problem.

Whilst having a software issue is not a pleasant experience, it happens. The issue was attended to quickly given the time differences, and I received a communication to let me know. Glad to report that the fix solved the issue, so back working as I expected.

For work, research continuing education you name it. YouTube , X, Tiktok and various other platforms.
This is so seamless and no limits to the number of downloads. Worth every penny I’ve spent. No Cap.

I used a different downloader but it frequently didn't work and would take weeks to get a response from customer service and the last time which was last year they didn't respond at all which brought me to this downloader. It works way better and more reliably than the others I'd tried and has the ability to edit sections of the vids you download which is super convenient. And the very few times it didn't work properly they reached out to help in a very timely manner. The last time was within 24 hrs and the solution was offered immediately and my problem was resolved. I highly recommend this downloader.

I have been using SnapDownloader for years. It has been easy to use and reliable. When problems come up, the app is updated very quickly. I highly recommend this downloader.

For my purposes, SnapDownloader is simply brilliant. There is a lot of content on YouTube that is educational but all of the content is in the audio. The video is just two talking heads. With SnapDownloader I can get just the audio as an MP3 file, load it onto my phone and listen while I am driving or doing housework or gardening.

I use SnapDownloader every day. I love and highly recommend this app. I have found countless use cases, and as I write this, the app has logged 11,635 downloads. The service response is stellar.
