Really wish I had read the reviews before ordering! I have been on their 'chat' this morning trying to change the shipping address and have got nowhere. Worried that it wont arrive in time and with a slightly incorrect address. After getting nowhere this morning I have absolutely no confidence that this is going to get resolved. It felt that their 'chat' function is a BOT and not a real person. No way of getting in touch with them apart from this flawed system which is a worry.

I ordered a photo book which was meant to arrive last week as per their estimation. There was no tracking number provided and when enquired they want to put a re-order! Clearly either they didnt send it or this is spamming as they will re-order but not stating whats happenned to the existing shipped order?

Avoid at all cost. This place is a scam. Take your money, never deliver your goods and keep avoiding and delaying response. Provide misleading information, provide conflicting information. This place should be shut down. Major scam, do not use
Mug and playing cards are perfect!
I ordered a collage photo mug and a pack of personalised playing cards. After placing my order I happened to see the dismal reviews and was quite concerned. But the mug arrived after 4 days, and was great. The pack of playing cards has just arrived 8 days after placing my order, and they are perfect as well. Very happy with what I've received. Thank you Snapfish!

poor quality - almost like the ink cartridge needed replacing? When i contacted them they just made excuses, no accountability and refused to replace or refund.

Expensive and impossible to contact by telephone
My partner had purchased for me some mounted photographs which were supposed to be able to be hung on the wall in our house.
When these photographs arrived there were no instructions in the packaging as to how one might match up a very strange looking sawtooth clip with an off-the-shelf picture hook that you might buy in any hardware store or supermarket.
I went onto their website and there was absolutely no capacity to call someone live and have a discussion.
All I offered was this ridiculous AI chat bot.
I then made contact by email with the American company Shutterfly that owns this organisation and they were hopeless as well and offered no solution.
In the end I had to go down to a local picture framer and, he kindly offered to attach a couple of screws and string so that these mounted photos could be hung on a standard picture hook.
He also, as a professional picture framer could not understand or believe how this had been sent without any instructions or any mounting clip for the wall.
Be warned!
False Advertising. Don't trust the delivery time frame
I was told the photo book deadline for Father's Day delivery was 19th August. I submitted a standard photobook order by that date and was informed delivery was estimated for 28th August. The product was not delivered and after several live chats on 28th August I was informed that it should take 3-5 business days after the estimated delivery date ie not available for Father's Day. Unacceptable.

Used to be good but now takes 2 weeks to print less than 10 pictures and the quality is horrendous. Went to Kmart to print the same pictures and they turned out much better.

Done four photo books now and quite happy with efficiency of delivery. I was a bit disappointed with the last book as the background colours chosen were not always what the colour samples showed (yellow came out as orange, orange came out as red and light red came out much darker.) I also find the text boxes very fiddly.

Terrible Bot Chat for CouriersPlease (Snapfish’s courier)
If I could give zero I would. Photos STILL have not been delivered. Photos were ordered and Snapfish sent to CouriersPlease on 22 May. I got an email saying it would be delivered 24 May. The photos were to be used at a 21st on 1 June.
Got an email saying the courier ‘failed to deliver’ (like how hard is it?) and t9 ‘contact us’. The courier company and Snapfish are impossible to contact except through a rubbish bot chat system. Via the chat the courier company don’t know why they didn’t deliver it and Snapchat said they would get me new photos by 12 June. Too late. Will never use Snapchat or Couriers Please

To my surprise Snapfish processed an order I DID NOT MAKE. According to PayPal there is a fine, fine print that allows Snapfish to just process an order without my knowledge or permission. I did not press pay, put in my password, receive a verification code, press confirm. I thought the order I had made was lost so I left it to return to my email two hours later to find they have charged my account with $180.60 for photos I did not order or want. I have absolutely being defrauded and I’m very angry. One of their team promised me a full refund but that was a lie as it happens. After using them for years, never ever again,
Snapfish should stop using Aramex for delivery
I have no issues with the Snapfish products. I take great issue with its choice of courier in Aramex. Aramex has failed me on more than one occasion when delivering my purchases from Snapfish. If Snapfish continues to use this inept logistics company, its reputation will suffer and I will find another company to produce my photo projects.
