SnapMailbox was borne out of the desire to improve the virtual mailbox space giving the customers what we wanted - flexibility and reasonable pricing. We wanted to be able to access all of our mail online from anywhere in the world while using a real, private and secure street address and figured others did too.

Customer service is superb

Customer service is superb. I had a live chat exchange through their website and had to take a phone call and walked away from my computer (for an hour). The rep, Mike, followed up with me via email until my (minor) issue was resolved. That kind of tenacity and follow-through is rare these days, and I so appreciate it!

Forwarding a parcel from US to UK via UPS

Our parcel arrived in the US and was forwarded to us in the UK via UPS on Friday afternoon, arriving Monday morning. :) Just takes a bit of time to load on the portal before it can be actioned.

When a package or mail is delivered to your Snap Mailbox address, it’s first forwarded to our processing center, a step that can take 3–5 business days. Once it arrives, we process it and upload it to your Snap Mailbox account so you can view and take action. This ensures everything is handled accurately and securely.

If you need your deliveries uploaded immediately, we offer an alternative address at 1814 Memorial Way, Texas, which you can switch to for faster processing.

I really really appreciate the customer service

I really really appreciate the customer service with Smart Mailbox. They are patient, have the answers and are always willing to help. I had lots of questions and Quessy from Smart Mailbox not only helped, she had such a great attitude, so much so that I ended up feeling better than how I felt when I had those questions. I'm really grateful for the services Snap Mailbox provides ; still, having an understanding , helpful customer service, walk you through the process, is absolutely great! If everyone in Smart Mailbox is like Quessy, then future customers are in for a treat. I recommend!

I rarely leave reviews, but SnapMailbox earned it. Their platform works as promised, but what actually sets them apart is their support. Grace Amora handled my case and delivered the strongest customer service I’ve experienced from any virtual mailbox provider. She was fast, precise, and actually solved the problem instead of circling around it. No canned replies, no delays, just competent, thoughtful support that made the entire process effortless.

Always great customer service

Every time I've needed to contact customer service, they have been 1) a real-live person, rare these days; 2) quick to respond; and 3) willing to go out of their way to help me. This time a check had auto-processed for deposit, but I realized that the deposit account had been closed as we were changing over banks. SMB went out of their way to determine that the check had had not yet left the building, go get it, and hold it until I could provide new banking info.
