The app itself works fine but watch out once they have your credit card details they will charge you for whatever they want, they will cancel the app and they will not give you any means of contacting them

Easy to use and secure

I rented two cars via SnappCar.se and never had any problems the system was easy to use and seemed secure. The price for renting a car is less expensive than usual and you have more flexibility in picking hours and "services", for us some car proposed toddler car seat for example.

Both snappcar and their insurance are a scam

The customer added petrol in a diesel car. Appears to drive 25 km after that and next day car won't accelerate. Volvo claims bad or incorrect fuel but since only few litres of petrol were added to more than 60 litres of diesel, proof cannot be collected.
Snappcar or insurance didn't respond to this problem. The renter drove 25 km after he fuelled so basically cheated there as well as shown by logbook. Both escapes and I have to pay 10k swedish kronor for repair and roadside. I think if your car worths more than 20k, don't put it out there. There are strange renters and Snappcar insurance is a total scam.

very rude,

very rude, disrespectful, helpless, cheater who will try to make money easily. I arrived on time by appointment as written in the email but still I was not allowed to drive the car. I had paid and registered the car and everything was in place except the app which could not be downloaded !!! so all my planning was crashed. Really bad experience
I never will suggest this company to anyone.
The app couldn’t downloaded and the site did not worked.

Need helpline number

Hi, I have used the snappcar service few number of times. It is good, I wish to use more but because of the fact that there is no helpline to speak and clarify things I mostly use aimo car sharing service here. They have a helpline number and I can reach them anytime to sort out things.

Previous to the last booking I suffered a lot to book a car and it was so painful which I cannot forget. If there was a helping then things would have been much smoother.

And because of this reason I could not recommend snappcar to my contacts as I don't want them to feel the inconvenience if any specifically during odd hours.

If you could take this point and sort this out I can assure you that I will make atleast 5 of my contacts to use snappcar service.

It was so easy to hire the van

It was so easy to hire the van, pick up the chair and table on my own and get back home. all in 380sek for 4 hours. Very good user experience.

The app bugs and poor customer support

The idea of the shared cars are great. However the technical solution needs to be worked on, the app full of bugs, takes a lot of time to get help, and the customer support is horrible.
