No download and counting 3 days after purchase. You write the help page and they accuse you of trying to get their product for free by asking for a refund? What kind of customer service response is this?
Do not waste your money this is very shady and offer no resolution to your inability to access your paid for product other than to say watch youtube videos on how to fix the issue

I ordered a form on their website
I ordered a form on their website. The delivery took significantly longer than promised and the link they sent me does not open. I have left several telephone messages and attempted to chat on the website with no response (the phone number they have on the website connects to a personal phone message and no call back yet and when you open the chat on their site there is no available agent). I had a horrible experience with this company. It appears to me that they are falsely advertising the delivery time and as of now several days after they charged me, I still have no accessible form. I will be contacting the relevant authorities and I will proceed with legal action.
