When ordering time slot was between 13.40 and 13.55, received order at 15 .15.
When order arrived 4 out of the items ordered were wrong, receipt on bag was correct. Tried to substitute items but wasn't informed of this and 1 of the substitute items I cannot drink.
Very disappointed in waiting time and items and communication

Two deliveries from Coop Bromham Bedford . 1st driver refused to enter secure flats despite instructions. Im housebound and he arrive rude aggresive and intimidating. 21st Aug again refused to enter block. A kind neighbour offered to let him. Never had an issue till this week

I often use 2 local snappy shopper shops, i stop using Mansleton PremierSwansea shop as the driver refused to leave my goods as i refused to give him my date of birth, took me few days to get a refund, im 66 he refused to leave beer as i wouldnt give DOB , no way do i look under 18 lol. Then the other store Penlan Premier swansea didnt have change last time he called so they owed me £10 he said he drop it off next delivery as i use them often, Well poor girl delivered tonight she didnt have tenner but said owner sent me extra goods to cover my owed £10 , i kept the stuff as i didnt want to make the delivery girl feel more awkward but that man owed me £10 cash and not goods , So im sorry to say hes lost my custom too.. I suffer with ill health and cant always get out but i think i take my neighbour up on the offer of helping me with my shopping, at least she wont rip me off.

I would also give 0 stars if i could, used my local spar on Albion road, New Mills, high peak.
Placed an order for tobacco, 4 loose beer cans, and 1 x 4pk beer ( Dab German Beer 4 x 500ml ).
This beer was offered on website @ £1.79 per pack.
This item was missing.
Think they probably realised they had made a pricing mistake.
At end of day, when a price is stated, thats all they can charge
We rang the store, explained item missing. Store hung up on us.
Then delivery driver rang us, i explained again, he said refund already made then He hung up.
We had no contct from the store call or text to advise of any problem, or to see if we still wanted the item.
They take a service charge, for a shocking non existant service, but dont refund that.
I am a frequent shopper in that store weekly.
I will certainly not use them again, and will advise friends and family not to use them either.

I get a lot of deliveries from Snappy Shopper. They are so easy to order, fast delivery and everything is always as it should be. Premier Store Mauchline is my shop of choice. I would highly recommend it ☺️

Just a quick review of a local shop NISA local snappy shopper at dickson street hawick.good service and very helpfull and can rely on being delivered and very welcoming and is a good business that provides for the local town folks of Hawick and a great way to start your day with the good food and good prices and brilliant staff.

I ordered from southparks local Premier on 23/07/26 at 21.40 , and the driver was at my home approx 1 mile away within 10/15 mins. He was extremely friendly and polite and had a laugh saying now thats special service for a special customer 😀 ( first time using them btw). Everything i ordered was present and correct , as well as a free pastry ( assuming because near closing time) , regardless of reason it was a very thoughtful gesture 😀.
Iv used snappy shopper in the past just not this particular store , however it will now be my store of choice , I suffer badly with mobility issues due to spinal damage so its good to know theres a reliable shop that i know im going to get the items I need , even at short notice last thing at night!!

My local in thorngumbold is getting worse , wrong items sent replacements that are not suitable and many times over an hour late

I use snappy shopper (glenburn) often when they have promotions online, my regular delivery driver Zeeshan, is always prompt and smiling. Great service

Since just eat started delivery for them it's went even further downhill with drivers getting lost I'm sick of it.

I was bought items send home by this company when is don't have stock and after said with refund. I still waiting first my refund until now nothing come all time send me email buy excuse. I will go to complain no more excuse

Appalling customer service!!! I ordered from my local Eurospar, paid by Klarna pay in 3 yet my order didn't go through. (Been paying with Klarna past 2 months) contacted Eurospar, told to contact Snappy Shopper, no phone number for customers. I'm severely disabled and had to walk to the shop to find out what was happening, told to email or Facebook Snappy. Emailed them, the lady was rude, asked for evidence and kept saying they don't use Klarna even though I've sent all evidence of all my Klarna Snappy Shopper transactions and ended up saying if I have any other issues to contact Klarna, no apologies at all, even though she was basically accusing me of lying. 😲 Absolutely dreadful way to treat long term and good customers!

I've been using snappy shopper the last couple of weeks and I am pleasantly surprised. Day today on skye road in Rutherglen is the store I have been using. They have a great selection of items to purchase, they don't hesitate to call if something is out of stock and are happy to talk through alternative items or offer a refund. Delivery is also really quick and all drivers I've had are pleasant, chirpy and helpful. I will definitely continue to use this service and store.

Ordered 3 hours ago meant to be 45 min ago phoned them didn't answer so I text them kept saying 20 min tops

Sorry wouldn't even of given any star given the choice. I ordered a snappy shopper from my local store in Inverness yesterday at 4.53PM payed over £128 and yet my order is still not here! I have epilepsy and Agoraphobia can't even leave my flat. If I do get my order this morning this will be the last time I will ever use this, I'm truly disappointed 😞😞

The app is not dynamic so order not available ( this app is 5 years behind the times ) I ordered / app said how many / took my money / turns out none available . Refund takes 5 days take 1 day don’t have stock but keeps your money for 5 days and you never get a refund on delivery or service charge .

I'd give zero if could stole 86.15 from my family that was for food said was delivered was not and reported in april said ain't refusing my refund but still waiting my money back lie saying get back to you and don't I'm reporting to.fraud team and papers and ombudsman now as chased enuf and stole.from my.kids mouth and from disabled person who relies his money for food and when order to be delivered to me and refunded when not not keep chasing caused me severe distress upset and finicial issues now for food so taking legal route and ombudsman and papers social media also after this thanks Jason kennedy
