Terrible car battery came with a four year warranty it hasn't reached two years blaming me saying its me not keeping it at the right voltage I just drive the car the aulternator looks after the battery they want me to pay for the return and the want me to pay to have returned back to me even though its faulty I also received an email saying this battery is now reduced in price as if i am going to purchase another one from you after having the battery tested it is not a car battery its a leisure battery you cannot crank a car with this. Now trying to contact trading standards to see if they can help

Bought a 130amp leisure battery through Amazon. Charged it for 3 days. Went away and after less than two hours our tv died. I did get a refund eventually but a difficult company to deal with. Last one lasted 4 years. Cheap rubbish. Avoid in my opinion.

Battery arrived with different specification than advertised on the Ah and CCA . (Weaker)

Contacted them numerous times without sucess / reply

Had to get PayPal involved but was told I need to pay return postage for wrongly described item . After much dispute including bank they picked it up . Trying to get the refund took over a week after the pick up for return .

Tried to get an answer to my queries the supplier hasn't responded on both occasions very poor! I wonder if it was because I wanted clarity on the 4 year warranty. Looking at the warranty it is not worth the paper it's written on. If you have a problem and wish to return it because it's faulty you have to pay return postage. Ridiculous as you could buy a new battery for that. I bought 2 batteries for my neighbour who is 82 years old and needed clarity on the 4 years warranty alas I can't give him any guarantee as can't get snappy batteries to answer any of my questions!!

Ordered 2 batteries 1 turned up and been waiting 9 days for the other 1.customer services are a complete joke as is dx who deliver for them.said 3 failed deliveries but was in all 3 days with ring doorbell as proof.dont order from these

Very poor quality batteries. In fact the only thing worse than the batteries is the customer service and attitude of the company.

Do yourself a favour and buy elsewhere
