Very efficient and friendly staff. Ultra clean car. Well priced.

I would not rent from Snap Rentals again.
After returning my rental vehicle, I accidentally left two pieces of artwork inside. I contacted Snap Rentals immediately, and their customer service team confirmed the artwork had been found. I was told it would be transferred from the Auckland Airport branch to the Parnell branch for collection before I left New Zealand permanently.
That transfer never happened.
Over the following two weeks, I repeatedly tried to follow up by phone and email. I was told I could not be helped over the phone, directed to email a representative, and then received no response. In the end, I had to pay over $100 in transport to travel to the airport myself to recover my own property before leaving the country.
While Snap Rentals later apologised for the inconvenience, they refused to offer any reimbursement or goodwill gesture despite acknowledging the transfer did not occur as promised. At the same time, they had no difficulty contacting me to collect additional administration fees related to my rental.
Mistakes happen, but what disappointed me most was the lack of communication and accountability. If you need responsive customer service when something goes wrong, my experience suggests you may be left to resolve it on your own.

Compare with other big companies, Snap has very attractive price and the service is also great. Pick up and drop off is quick and easy, staff are friendly. Definitely will rent again for next time.

The staff are super helpful. I was having issues with my card and they were patient and really kind about the whole situation. Not only that, Snap always provides GREAT vehicles that you can rely on during your trip. I’ve lost count how many times I’ve used their services. Thank you Snap!

Easy fast efficient airport transfer. Easy quick process to pick up and drop off the vehicle. People were amazing to deal with. Price was amazingly cheaper compared to other rental companies. Thank you so much, we would definitely hire from them again.

From airport pick up right through the driving away … great service, very friendly and helpful.
Booking of vehicle was super easy, payment was well set out so no hidden costs.

We have just arrived from
Australia shuttle driver great ., the young girl behind counter was very rude .. we booked car and bought full cover insurance .. only to be told the insurance isn’t what they require that I need to buy one of there’s !!’ Oh and pay a bond off 2000$ which we won’t receive back for 3-4 days ,,
