The staff member was so friendly and helpful, on both occasions because we went back to ask a question about the car.

Pick up abd drop off were Extremely easy and flowing. The staff at both ends were very helpful. The car was really good and perfect for my journey. The pruce was very good in comparison to other quotes. Thank you

We didn't receive the car type we'd ordered 8 months in advance. The car was dirty inside and out. No washer fluid. Oil low light came on. Basically very poor.

Both pickup and drop off were quick and easy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. So much nicer than other places we've used in the past. Our only issue was that we booked through another agency and the taxi dropped us in the wrong place. But once we got there everything went smoothly.

I couldn’t be more happy with my rental experience at Snap. The staff were friendly and cheerful. The price was fair and the vehicle was immaculate. The online checkin ensured a very fast vehicle pickup process. Dropoff was a breeze, too.

And most important of all - I actually got the vehicle I selected!!! No fobbing me off onto a “similar” vehicle -they never are equivalent in my experience with other major car hire firms especially when you have specific boot space requirements.

Car was not in the best condition. Tyres kept going flat , did not feel very clean or detailed and ran abit rough.

The experience with the Snap Rentals in Auckland CBD was good. We booked a car during our recent trip to Auckland. Though the booking was made a night before, the overall experience booking a car to the process of picking up was quite smooth. The staff at their office were quite professional and friendly delivering the car within 10 mins upon our arrival. The condition of the car was quite good as well, which did run without any hiccups. The return process was good as well.
