Despite the name, this company does not appear to operate from London. My order was shipped from China, which was not clearly disclosed at purchase.

The advertised 30-day return policy is effectively unusable. After requesting a return, there were delays in providing a return address. The only option offered involved international tracked shipping, which would have cost almost as much as the item itself.

I ordered an extra-large shirt, but it arrived much smaller than standard sizing. The material quality was poor and did not match the website photos.

Overall, this experience reflects a high-risk online retailer pattern: professional marketing and photography, followed by low product quality, inaccurate sizing, and obstructive returns.

I would not recommend this retailer.

Wish I’d read the reviews on her before ordering. Thought item was coming from UK not China. Took 2 weeks to arrive.

I order a size Large thermal jacket. When it arrived it was more like an extra small. Quality was good but no use to me.

No return labels included either so no idea where to return the item to. I’ve emailed their support team asking how I return the item and get a full refund.

I ordered a gilet from Snatch London, very happy with quality and style of the vest but unfortunately it was too small. It took just one email for them to sort it out they're offered me another in my requested size I just had to pay the postage. I highly recommend Snatch-London.

I foolishly made the mistake of thinking that the product was coming from London, not China, it took 14 days to arrive and to my disappointment it doesn’t fit me even though I sized up one size. My son is happy though as I gave the Body-warmer to him. On the plus side the quality is very good. Their website is designed to fool you that you are buying from a London based company and the true is that your buying from China. they should be honest as the quality is very good. If you do buy from them remember to definitely size up once maybe twice. Hope this review is of some help to you.

All I can do is praise Snatch London on their customer services, I had a problem with the sizings and I did email them their response was very quick and we came to an amicable satisfaction and would use them again.

I've seen negative comments,usually referring to the time it takes for orders to arrive, however nobody has mentioned the brilliant customer service team. If people would contact them instead of moaning they would have a whole different opinion. My experience has been amazing. The products are quality and the team behind are fantastic

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering as my lovely item took ages to arrive and then is far too small but nothing in package to say how to return and get refund.

I recently had to cancel an order and requested a full refund. I was astonished by how quickly the company processed my request. Within seconds, I received a confirmation and the full amount was refunded to my account. The efficiency and promptness of their customer service truly exceeded my expectations. I am beyond impressed with their professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction. Highly recommend!

excellent customer service and communications

Item arrived today after a log wait did not realise this was not a British company . The length of time to receive was far to tong. No problem with the size, and my wife is delighted with the item.

i was actually surprised to see here the negative comments. On the opposite side, i was very happy with their product and also their customer service. It is sad to see that we customers tend to only write reviews when we have bad experience with any company. This is a good lesson for me, from now on i will definitely put not only my negative experiences as review but also all the positive and good customer experineces with any company

I ordered from an advert on Facebook. Stupid mistake! The item eventually arrived via Evri. It was screwed up in 3 plastic bags, no information in the parcel at all.
The cardigan was tiny and made with horrible cheap nylon material that left bits all over my t shirt!
I emailed the company, they offered a FREE bigger size and I could keep the original but pay shipping costs.
I turned that down. Then they offered I keep the item but accept a 30% discount. They were SO apologetic as if they were doing me a favour!
The warehouse/ company is in China!
It’s a huge scam. I’m angry and feel stupid for falling for a fake company.

Stop being a scam.
Sent me a XL waistcoat that was not fit my 11year old son won't refund even though it's there fault.

I ordered a couple of shirts which was a dismal and depressing experience that left me feeling ripped off and a bit silly.

First the good points. The shirts seem to be of excellent quality, with really nice detailing and buttons.

The bad points unfortunately outweigh these. The sizes are ludicrous - nothing like the normal equivalents from anyone else I've ever dealt with. The shirts didn't even meet round my waist. Or anywhere else for that matter. After lengthy back and forth emailing they agreed to send replacements, the measurements of these should have been amply big enough.

When these eventually came one was labelled as the size I had requested but was uncomfortably tight and the second was not even the size I had asked for but two sizes smaller. I wrote advising them of this further problem but as yet I have not received a reply

I SHOULD NO BETTER THAN BUY OFF AN ADVERT ON FACEBOOK, as everyone here says, goods come from China and delivery by Evri who are a nightmare. Ordered a polo top, arrived after 12 weeks its ok, but there is a 100% chance you will not be able to return. MY ADVICE? any advert on Facebook check the Trust Pilot reviews first. SNATCH, IF YOU ARE NOT BASED IN LONDON, AND DO NOT HAVE A SHOP, THEN MAKE IT QUITE CLEAR TO CUSTOMERS

This company, based not in London but in China, is the worst I've ever ordered from. About two weeks after ordering the sweater it finally arrived and although I'd ordered Small, this was ridiculous. Would have fitted a six-year old maybe. It arrived via Evri in a plastic bag with no labels nothing inside to say even which company it came from and no tracking details so I can't sent it back.

What a scam!

Refusal to refund money, waiting weeks and weeks for delivery which tricks you into thinking it's a UK brand, it's not, it's a China rip off.

Two items turn up, they are far too small and the quality is appalling. They are counterfeit versions of other product, cheap, nasty nylon.

If you buy something from a company callee "Snatch London" you might assume some sort of vague connection to the capital of the United Kingdom. This isn't the case. They're based in China, so your order will take a couple of weeks to arrive.

When it arrives and is too small (and it will be too small), you'll want to return the item. You'll contact them, and they'll ask you questions about why you want to return it. They'll make it sound like it was your fault, and keep offering other solutions that sound good but mean they get to keep your money. Stand your ground, or better still, buy a better quality item from a reputable company for the same price or cheaper.

Wish I had looked at the reviews before ordering. I stupidly though this was a UK company would not have ordered if I'd known the country of origin. Now wondering if I will ever receive my item.
