Staff are rude

Staff are rude. We had tickets with QR codes rather than the tear off type, everytime we boarded the hydrofoil we were made to feel like it was a massive inconvenience for the staff. We used the service between Naples and ischia 6 times in total and very time were met with stony faces and no eye contact.

Falsely advertised food

The company rip you off with the food. They advertise 50% off if you pre purchase but if you do that you get terrible food. Do not pre purchase food as on board food is a million times better.
It’s false advertising and it made everyone that pre purchased very angry. Disgusting

Boarding / onboarding is terrible

Boarding / onboarding is terrible!
The boat is old, but OK, seems to be well maintained.
The cabin with see sight we've booked was old, but absolutely clean, good bed and wide windows! Great!
The Boarding/unboarding is absolutely not OK:
* if you have booked online, you get the confirmation with the name "ticket". But is is NOT a ticket, but a voucher. You have to go to the SNAV office to get your boarding tickets. Nobody knows that, no information in the confirmation. There is a long waiting line with cars before you enter the boat... nobody checks directly at arrival (when you are waiting in the line) if you have your boarding tickets already.... they check it at the last moment you have to drive into the boat ... that is far too late and creates a lot of stress and delay in time. We were already on the boat (directed in one direction); seemed to be the wrong deck, it was the deck for campers and trucks... so every passenger car had to go back and were directed to another cardeck. Finally out of your car > everybody wants to go up > far too many people for the small corridors and stairs .. a bus with people who all had to go 1-1 and with their big suit cases on the small stairs ... the lift could carry 1 person with luggage at the time .... the lift was out of other after 15 minutes...
Chaos and stress with boarding.
You try to find your way on the big ship.... is very hard, especially in a stress / chaos situation.
Our cabin was ok > rest!
The unboarding the next morning was also unorganized and chaotic. Everybody is trying to find the way to the car-deck. You have no idea which stair, wich way... We stood with far too many people in a far too small corridor... waiting for the door to open at 7 AM... it was already 7.15 and still closed, nobody from SNAV to help or to give information. We've finally find ourselves a spare way out via the garbage area... then everybody followed us to the car deck...
Advise for SNAV:
Review your boarding / unboarding procedures!
Mention in the confirmation / ticket that this is NOT a ticket but a voucher and that you have to change the voucher at the SNAV office for boarding tickets!
Make sure agents at the cardesks are experienced (not only friendly). Show the name of the car deck on the walls and door (as in Parking garage) so that you are aware on which car deck you have parked your car!
Clear directions on doors & walls > how to come to the upper deck!
Make sure there are agents everywhere to help and to give info and to steer the number of people waiting in a small corridors!
For us ithe boarding/unboarding was a negative / scary experience. That's a pity, as the trip itself with full moon was great!

Big money , little service

I paid for a ticket 65 euro . From Split to Ancona . There was no even bed included in this price . People sleep on special seats like in the bus .
In the sleeping carriage is very cold ( conditioner is not switched off ) .
The ferry itself is old , the furniture is so so .
Not much intertainment on the ferry.
The relation between money and services is not good ( in comparison to MSC for xample) .
It's definitely worth less money .

Travelled as foot passengers from Split…

Travelled as foot passengers from Split to Ancona.
Check-in hall at Split was dingy with very little seating. Boarded ship via the vehicle ramp which is pretty normal apparantly.
Greeted in reception by a couple of very scruffy and un-communicative "officers" and given our cabin key.
We had ordered an outboard cabin for the trip. Cabin was shabby but clean although in need of a bit of maintenance - rust around window etc. Couldn't see out of the window due to grime and salt on outside. No ventilation apart from whatever air filtered through the vent as no fan and certainly no AC. No glass in the bathroom for when brushing teeth etc. Big plus - instant hot water in the shower!
Facilities on board are absolute minimal. "Restaurant" on board is only available for very basic, pre-ordered food (you have to order when booking). The public spaces have been stripped of anything apart from tables and chairs and the whole appearance is drab, dingy and totally run-down.
Whilst waiting to disembark, everyone is assembled in the reception area - standing only, no chairs. Foot passengers have to wait until all lorries, cars, motor bikes, cycles etc have gone before being allowed off the ship which took nearly an hour - still standing!
We then had to walk, with luggage, about 300m from the ship to the terminal exit and then another 300m from the terminal building exit to the port exit where our son was waiting for us. The vehicle only exit was about 50m from the ship and that was where he was waiting!
All in all, a very grim experience and one which I have no intention of ever repeating.
Would not recommend to anyone.
I would add that I am 80 yrs and my wife 75 yrs so standing for an extended period and then having to carry bags that sort of distance was absolutely exhausting.
