Good quality products, but a little expensive for what they offer

It's good. It can take a couple days for them to give item for shipping, but delivery is fast and takes 1-2 days for customer service.

Returned a pair because they were too small only to be refused a refund saying they were dirty if they were they were dirty when they arrived and I hadn’t noticed they are a crook company don’t use this company I’m out of pocket 155€ not happy

Delay in orders. Lies. Very rude customer service. wouldn't recommend them even to my worst enemy.

A week has passed since I placed the order and they still don't know if there is stock of the clothes I ordered, unacceptable....
There is no chance I will buy again

You will not get your order and they will stop answering calls or have you on hold until the line goes dead.
Worst purchase experience I’ve ever had.

2 weeks after i made my order . Aftermath hours on waiting for someone to call me back, no info about sortage of items, no update until the order is on its way with like half the products. I chose to pay cash, which made this mess tolerable. I cant imagine the nightmare if someone paid by card. Customer Support was polite but thats all. Not buying again from there.

Ordered from sneaker10.cy and although the order was confirmed on the day of order 05/03/2022 they informed us on 08/03/2022 that my order was canceled. When I called them on the 08/03/2022 they informed me that they didn’t have the specific size in stock (although it was available when I made the order) and offered to deliver me half a size bigger since they had 3 Pairs in stock. Today 10/03/2022 I received a message that my order was canceled AGAIN since the shoes were once again out of stock. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!

This webshop is a scam. I ordered shoes the 22nd of March this year. They never sent me any update on the delivery while I of course paid directly online. Even after me reaching out to them on multiple occasions and via various channels e-mail, messenger, I tried calling them but they systematically do not answer the phone, they only got back with waxing words, false promises and vague and fake excuses. It was me that's was so fed up with constantly chasing them and just requiring them to give me a concrete delivery date, that came up with the idea of refund. They said they would, but you'll guess, no message, no action up till now despite promises. A fraud!!! Do not buy anything here. You'll deeply regret it. As I do. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM !!!! REALLY !!!!!
