Someone stole my jacket 250$ and they won’t even refund or give another one. The courier left the parcel in front of the door and someone took it while I wasn’t home. Order 4467228
Just a very bad webshop trying to make you pay for all the shipping in case of returns. Don't let them trick you, if you pay with PayPal raise a case and escalate until they refund you the original amount. Under EU law they are not allowed to substract the shipping fee (€12) from them to you. Customer service does not respond. Very unprofessional malicious company. I have no trust their raffles are real (opinion). Experience: I have "won" always the sneakers which are not that popular, just at a higher cost, without free shipping and just a ridiculous customer service. Stay away.

3,5 (!) weeks until the return is credited ... all inquiries to customer service without an useful answer / no content ... disaster!
Terrible, service ordered was told my shoes had been dispatched ,the next thing I know is, my money has been refunded with no explanation , had to email to find out they never had my shoes in the first place .
Awful customer service, you well never get money back, if the items you ordered are defective. Stay away!
