I ordered a hoodie that I was able to select my chosen size and pay for item aswell as pay for delivery within 3 days. 5 days later I still hadn’t received item and after contacting them was told that they did not have item in stock and could not source it. Somewhat disappointed

Poor! Orderedy wife a pair of dunks for Xmas 13th December. Had a confirmation of the order. That was my final update before chasing my order and sending numerous emails also I paid express delivery for the just makesure I received the order in time for Xmas day! I had dpd wasn’t responding to them for my delivery then I had they had covid had hit them etc too many excuses. For me I don’t understand how they can take an order without guarantee that you have the stock it’s false advertisement and frankly a waste of time! Finally my oder was cancelled by them not me! And I was refunded but no email to inform this was happening! No apology no nothing for wasting my time and waiting on a Xmas present which was never coming! Wouldn’t waste your time with these because who knows if they have actually got your sneakers available!?!

Quite disappointed with the quality, and the box was drawn over which isn't good when there going into my collection of over 100 pairs

delivery took a long time and when the shoes finally arrived they had a black paint mark on the tongue and laces. The shoes should’ve been checked when the order was processed.
