Wrong size chart, it takes ages to get the money back.
Super wrong sizing chart they have there - does not matter what and how you measure and add extra 2cm - the size chart is just wrong. Since the quality was lower than expected, I asked for my money back and not sending another pair. It costs you 7 euros, by the way.
It has been about 2 weeks since the company started the refund procedure. Still waiting. They promised it to be 14 days, in the other email, it is already 20 days to get the money back.
Just be careful with them, folks.
