Difficulté à contacter
J’ai commandé deux articles, j’en reçois un après deux semaines environ mais toujours pas de nouvelles du second. Après plusieurs tentatives ratées pour avoir un contact, j’ai enfin une réponse et celle-ci me dit que je vais recevoir un mail. Le seul mail reçus de l’entreprise est une «évaluation de satisfaction ». Ayant donné mon avis (négatif), une personne m’a contacté pour remédier au problème et deux jours après j’ai enfin reçus le deuxième article.
Je ne sais pas d’où venait le soucis.
