I purchased lifetime access I have proof sent it to Alex got ignored and was told to join his broker to get access again so I did got back into the groups then got taken out as I withdrew profits before 30 days fair enough but why must I do all that when I purchased lifetime access? Sent my confirmation again of purchase got ignored

This is about a transaction for the purchase of an Expert Advisor (EA) trading software product from Snipe Academy. The service was not provided as described and has since completely ceased functioning.

At the time of purchase, the product was advertised as a fully functional and stable trading system, supported by backtesting results and performance data. These representations created a reasonable expectation that the EA was properly developed, tested, and capable of managing risk effectively in live market conditions.
After purchase and deployment, the product’s live performance materially differed from what was advertised. I, along with other purchasers (more than 200), experienced ongoing and consistent financial losses that were inconsistent with the promoted backtesting results.

When concerns were raised through the official support channels, responses were either significantly delayed, not addressed substantively, or buyers were advised to “wait patiently” for performance to improve. No corrective action or transparent explanation was provided.

Despite these issues, I continued using the product in good faith, expecting that technical issues would be resolved and that the software would operate as advertised.

However, the product has completely stopped functioning since January 2026.

Following this, a notice was issued referencing internal company matters. Since then:

• No resolution timeline has been provided.
• No technical updates have been issued.
• Communication within the official support group in Telegram has been restricted.
• Users are not permitted to discuss the issue openly.
• My direct attempts to contact the owner/advertiser have received no response.

At present, the software is non-operational and unsupported. I have paid for a functional trading system, but the service has ceased entirely with no resolution offered until today.

Excellent trading academy. The course is very well structured and explains everything from the basics to advanced strategies in a clear and practical way. This pal acting like an innocent angel but hes not. He sold an EA, which doesn't work for 1200€ and now, its not even trading, nothing is connected, nothing is going on. Its not even losing money, the EA doesnt exist! It burnt couple of accounts, accounts over 10k has been wiped out and then mdfk restricted groups and chats so we can't talk to each other, talk about what happened. OWNERS of the EA has been kicked from his PRO groups, because mdfkr ignores private question about EA and when we talk out loud, you get kicked. Boy ripped off a lot of people and showed his true color!

I am with snipe academy since 1 year. Its not about making profit every time or getting rich quick. Its about patients, money management, risk management, how to control emotion, how to be discipline in forex market. Before snipe trading i was gambler thinking that its quick rich procoess. Since i have joined snipe trading i learned how to be profitable , patience, discipline, how to control risk and greed. I am really thank full to alex for making me a good trader. I have been in many soo called show off traders. All they care about the commission they get when you join their broker. There is no real trader all are scam showing of with their fake expensive rented cars and house . They all are fake. Just imagin with stoploss of 100+ and take profite of 30 pips can you be profitable? Never you will be they all are fake and scam who sells their useless strategy for high price.

i love about about snipe trading is that the owner is soo humble and lovely person to talk. Always available to to help. No show off no attitude. The best thing is that trades live. Whether it is profit or loss its live which no one els do. 30 pips stoploss and 1500 pips take profite on live trade. Can you imagin. Its unbelievable Take profit. But he did achieved that Take profit many times with huge pips.

I will be always thankfull to him through out my life. I am out of words to express. One thing i am 1000% sure that any one who joins him will change his life.
