After not receiving the item
After not receiving the item, I emailed and was sent tracking details. After nearly 4 weeks tracking said it was delivered. It was not delivered and it was claimed it had gone to the wrong address. Then after this they said it would be resent, which it has not been. Now my emails are being ignored. There clearly scamming people. AVOID!!!

Awful service
Awful service. Packaged delayed 2 weeks after payment. Tracking info given invalid. Had to constantly chase & kept getting sorry - please be patient. 47 days after my payment was made and alot of email chasing they finally confirmed my packaged was delivered to wrong address. Free replacement offered - given the poor communication and service I declined and requested refund which they ignored 4 times - replying with various emails incl "thanks for accepting our offer" please send photos of your issue and we are not scammers please use the tracking provided. This was after they admitted the package had gone missing. Finally claimed funds back via PayPal (thank god for paypal) and refund due in 3 days. All this whilst company states your refund request will be passed to a manager to review and this takes 5 days. Will never use this company again APPALLING SERVICE & COMMUNICATION.
