PayPal auto payment
Be careful when paying through PayPal as it auto payment and needs no confirmation. I placed an order by mistake (was trying to add to cart) and paid $35 fees for a $38 pair of socks (total $73). Immediately after, I tried to cancel the order and contacted the customer service but they refused to help. As my intention was to purchase a pair of sneakers with the sock I checked with them if they can ship the sneakers together so that I can just pay one shipping fee, but they refused as well. I also tried to request for a promo code for my sneaker order but they refused to help in any way. This is my first purchase with snkrdunk app and am very disappointed with their service and inflexibility.

Bad Friday campaign
Bad Friday campaign, wasting consumer time to wait for the coupons and in the end system crash. As for the next day of coupon when waiting for the time to purchase, the coupon disappeared from the coupon list and the expiry date is still valid for a later time. Seriously don’t use SNKRDUNK.

Bad service and bad experience
If you can’t handle it, don’t play the game. The Black Friday event was extremely disappointing. The servers crashed on the first two days, and on the third day, I timed my payment down to the second at exactly 12:00:00, yet the server failed again. If your event is fake, deceiving consumers like this is utterly pointless. The event stated that coupons would be distributed at 11:45, but in reality, the coupons were only issued at 12:00. Do not purchase here; they have no credibility whatsoever.

Shoes in wrong size
I bought a few and there were no issues until recently. My latest order, the A Ma Maniere Air Max 95, was sent in the wrong size. I ordered a size US10. But it was sent in US8.5. The size tag shows Size US10 in women size but it's not a women's shoe. That's why I ordered US10 for myself.
Also, I hope they indicate on the app if its a women's sizing or men's, so that it's clearer for us buyers to order the correct size and avoid any incident.

I was charged $54 postage for literally just one pair of Supreme Jordan socks. What kind of business practice is this?! I spoke to a customer service rep and was just told that they wouldn't cancel the order or even just charge the reasonable postage amount. They simply didn't care.
