had a shipping issue with my order, expected it to turn into a whole ordeal but nah, cs sorted it out fast and didn't make me explain myself 5 times. shipping stuff happens, it's really about how they handle it and honestly they did good
Ok so sizing was honestly my biggest worry before ordering. I usually wear a specific size but shoes fit so differently brand to brand, model to model... didn't wanna just gamble and end up stuck with something I can't even wear lol. So before I ordered I hit up their support and told them what size I normally wear in other shoes. They gave me a rec for this specific style and I just went with it. So glad I did that honestly. They fit perfect straight out of the box, no weird break-in period, didn't have to mess with returns or exchanges at all. If you're on the fence about sizing or trying a style you've never worn before, just ask them first - don't overthink it, they clearly know their own shoes better than we do lol.
