Look at the ratings on the app absolute jokers. They do not care about customer service.

Absolutely awful app and website I have tried to enter in to dozens of sneaker drop draws but NEVER EVER ACCEPTS my payments. Just frustrating and lousey. Same payment methods are perfectly fine on the account when purchasing normally through Nike but never works on sneaker drops. Awful awful service

Ordered an item for a Christmas present told me I’d ordered on an old website and they couldn’t retrieve my money or order asked for the manager to contact me....something that never happened took my money crooks and thief’s don’t touch them terrible lists and scammers.

Useless terrible. They make you wait for weeks. You ask to be notified. They never notify you. I was the first to enter the app trying to buying a product i was waiting for ages when it first came to the SNKRS useless app. Then i was put in to a nonsense draw. They make you wait even more and no notifications or emails on what’s going on. After a while you get a notification saying you were not successful and u weren’t chosen. Who decided and why wasn’t I unable the buy this product? What is this draw stupidity? What happened to first come first serve? Why are you been so unfair?. I was the first to enter the unfair draw. You are useless and frustrating. You made my daughter unhappy on her birthday. I will never ever use this app or any other nike related apps and will never buy from frustrating nike ever again

I ordered 2 months ago, and all I get from customer service is this:"Hello, January has been a very complicated month due to the closure of the Chinese factories. This month we will make all backorders and the end of February / early March will have your order. We will give you a tracking code when we ship your order. We ask for your patience. Thank you"

How come this company or whatever this is can still scam people?!?! Is there any authority in online shopping to protect the buyers!??! What about customer shopping rights?! How come this can still be out there getting our money and nobody stops this creepy crawlers

Shocking site, just take a look at their social media...wish I had before I ordered! Scam artist who takes your money and never replies. He was lent thousands to help his business during lockdown and stole that too!

I ordered on 25/01 the order has been confirmed the money has been taken but I have not received any news, I have harassed them by mail but nothing. DON'T ORDER US THEY ARE SCAMS.

Never actually received my order even though It said delivered, all my emails are being completely ignored by their team. Wouldn’t recommend going anywhere near this business absolute waste of time and money

Ordered a rug for my friend Christmas present and it was never received! They emailed at first 4 days to 1 week of response time! Texted me the order was shipped out! But the tracking number stating the order wasn't even processed yet! I dont even write reviews but they got my friend present fckd up!! I will be contacting my bank to dispute this bullsht a*s place!!

Scam. So far nothing arrived. Made de order a month ago. Impossible to get in contact with support; no anwser in social media too. 78€ -.-

Scam, this company takes your money and doesn't send the order. Do not order from these people.

Scammers, so many times I have got up to purchase trainers from this website and never get selected to purchase the items. It’s amazing how the same companies and individuals always manage to get their orders accepted when I to have been the first one at 8am hitting the purchase key and never get it. The same companies and people will have the trainers advertised for sale at 2 or 3 times the original price. When I complained to them about this SNKRS blocked my account.
It goes to show what kind of company this is and also NIKE.
I would say it’s best to enjoy your sleep on Saturday morning and not bother as you will not be able to buy the trainers you want because it’s a set up and SCAM.

Avoid!! Scammers!! Do not buy anything from this shambles of a company. Their customer service is shocking. Still no order and no refund as requested. They took my money very quick at the beginning of October but fail to resolve the matter.

Still nothing arrived. No communication from company. Opened a fraud dispute with my bank and they said they will peruse legal action.

Ordered a mat before and no problems at all. Ordered a mat and bag which were on special offer and should have cost £55 they charged me £83, explained this to them and was basically told nothing they could do about it even though the offer is still running 4 weeks later, and I’m still waiting on my items to be delivered 4 weeks later as well absolutely shocking company no response to emails lately

Communication is terrible and cant even change a delivery address when I emailed them the minute I placed the order.

Absolutely shocking, do not order from this company as they will not send your item, they will send you a tracking number that doesn’t work, they will barely respond to you and will not be forthcoming with a refund, I am having to speak to my credit card company to resolve this!
