It is a very unprofessional and mediocre company. As a previous seller before, the account manager who handled our account was very crazy and aggressive. If we didn't pick up her call or reply her email within 5 mins, she just kept calling and calling and calling. One time I was driving and didn't pick up the phone call. She just kept calling and finally I picked up the call when I parked my car. First thing she said, 'Why didn't you pick up my call?'

They are worse than paypal. Whatever the buyer said, they are always on their sides. Not surprisingly see negative reviews from other sellers mentions once the buyer claims the item is fake, they can still return it, after 2,3,4 years. They don't have authenticating team in house and always source it out to rely on the third party, the third part has no credential.

There are several times they claimed our items were fake but they sold to Vestiaire Collective with IN HOUSE authenticating team who partners up with Hermes and Chanel. Those item were passed and authenticated.

One time they claimed the chanel necklace was NEVER PRODUCED. We showed them the author from JAPAN VOGUE's blog, who was wearing that necklace and wrote a blog about it. We still have that email. They are lack of education and experience when it comes to Chanel, because they are heavily relying on a 3rd party who doesn't have experience on Chanel but only LV.... They didn't know Chanel buyers from different countries pick their own items and sell at their locations. In US, they didn't see that style, they claimed it's fake. And In US, there are so many Chanel buyers for their own districts. Not surprising that they might not know all the style even in USA.

Maybe that's why after so many years, they still remain small and unprofessional.

Photos dont reflect the actual product. What was presented as a shiny, well kept purse. What I got was a wrinkled, dented, scratched and poorly maintained old item that belongs in a Salvation Army dollar bin - which may well be where the seller got it from in the first place. The leather is missing from the corners of the purse - it's that used. This is not something that can be worn out in public.

During my purchase my account was compromised so that charges were applied to my credit card for purchases I had not actually made. My bill came in at over $500 instead of the $250 purchase I had made. Snobswap refunded the money, after I brought this to their attention.

LET ME JUST SAY EVERYONE ON HERE WORKS FOR LE PRIX OR SNOBSWAP " SINCE THEY CHANGED THEIR NAME" if you are a seller STAY AWAY they will scam you and trick you. These people are not experienced and will do anything to get a sale. If you are a buyer go t Tradesy or ebay... I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS AT ALL. As a seller they CALLED THE POLICE on me because of someone who bought a bag, then came back 2 YEARS LATER claiming it was fake!!!!! WHO BUYS A BAG, KEEPS IT 2 YEARS then claims oh its fake!!! AND THE WORST PART ABOUT IT, THEY KEPT HARRASSING ME, BLACKMAILING ME.. ALLL I ASKED IS FOR THEM TO PROVE THIS WAS THE SAME BAG I SOLD, NOONE COULD CONFIRM THIS, THEY WERE JUST SCAMMING ME..they did not care about anything I had to say although I SOLD MANY OTHER ITEMS WITH THEM WITH NO ISSUES. I AM SUING AS WE SPEAK AND HOPE YOU GUYS DON'T MAKE SAME MISTAKE I MADE BY DEALING WITH THEM. STAY AWAY

My favorite consignment store! I've made several purchases on here and all the transactions have been very easy and smooth. Items purchased were as described and their customer service were prompt to answer any questions I had. They have a large selection of luxury items--a consignment shopper's dream! I would highly recommend Snobswap to anyone who appreciates the finer things in life without the big price tag.

I love Snobswap! I shopped on the website a number of times and have not yet been disappointed. I purchased beautiful handbags, totes and jeans from Snobswap and the bag were as described and shown on the website - they are gorgeous.
I highly recommend shopping here. If not for Snobswap how else would a suburban mom like me be able to access designer bags and things from luxury consignment stores across the country. Shop and have fun doing it because you're essentially guaranteed great prices for evergreen pieces to your wardrobe and accessories.

I bought a bag described as "like new" but it was "well worn" and have scratched every where and the material have spots and it was really used and awful.
When I informed them they told me they don't accept returns but since it's not as described they will accept it this time BUT when I shipped it back to Japan, with extra cost! it took 3 months to communicate with the seller and the site to collect the bag and they didn't collect it !!!! and it has been returned to me !!!!!!!!!!!
They are NOT trust worthy and they don't check if the bag is as described or not.

I ordered a designer handbag one week ago. I have received it today, very well wrapped, and it's an absolute beauty. Even more beautiful than on pictures. I must say I have had an outstanding experience and can only recommend Snobswap.com; I will certainly come back! Smooth transaction and perfect buying experience
