Saturday my city in MA received 23.5 inches of snow. Because my city tickets - I paid the and did premier service for Sunday morning to ensure I was cleaned and the storm stopped. I was notified Saturday night my property was cleaned. One thing is - same pictures as last time. Also - since the contractor came as if it was a standard - I have tried to contact customer service for a refund for premier service - nothing. Will trying to reach out again. Want better confirmation on job completed also. Do your research. There have to be other companies with better customer service.

The website was having issues on the contractor’s end so he was going to cancel. I was afraid I was going to get charged anyway, because at that point, the site told me I would have to pay 100% anyway. I felt I was being scammed. I tried calling, got voicemail. Then emailed, no response. Then, the guy finally was able to use the app a bit, came and did the job. By then, another contractor said he would come. I texted him and the job was cancelled. I was afraid of being charged twice. After that, someone from the company called apologizing and asked if the guy got the job done. The guy did a really good job and that is the only reason I gave two stars.

Great service by provider that removed the snow. He arrived promptly and did an excellent job. Terrible service by company in trying to delete a charge card that was cancelled because of suspected fraud. The app has no way of deleting old or cancelled cards. Poor communication on their end.

My drive was not plowed. Photo is a different property. The contractor is not responding and neither are SnoHub. Just says too busy to help. I guess isn’t working out for other users either.

No one came out to clear my driveway. The photos they attached of the “completed” are NOT my house. Beware. I had to report this to SnoHub.

I contacted Snohub for snow removal at my home in Westfield, NJ. They responded via text a few minutes later that the job was complete and I had been charged. I looked at my snowy, untouched driveway and started getting concerned. I checked my email and they sent me pictures of the completed job--it was not my house! I called their support lines and one is a generic VM and the other line says they are too busy to answer. STAY AWAY!

I received a quote from Snowhub for a driveway less that 50 feet long for $137.00. After it was completed I received the Bill of $175.00. I was in shock because it was basically bait and switch. I have tried to contact the company through email and by phone and have heard nothing. I will never use Snowhub again and will tell everyone I know about this bait and switch way of doing business. Very very dishonest.

My driveway in the alley was not done completely. The city of Milwaukee doesn’t plow alleys and I need the entire driveway space done. I completed it myself

Our contractor gave us prompt, excellent service. Recommend highly.

I enjoy not having to shovel the snow. The first order for snow removal on February 1 took 2 days to complete.
For yesterday's snow storm, February 7, I requested that the order be completed between 8 am and 9 am. It was not completed until 1 pm. George did a great job.

I am very happy with today’s service. The snow plow person accepted the job and updated his arrival time so we knew when to expect him. He shoveled the walkway and plowed driveway and did not block car in which is much appreciated. Thank you!
